This was a great place for our weekend get away! The house was immaculate, and it smelled so good. Everything was the way that it was presented in the pictures and descriptions. The communication with the property owners was great, and they happily accommodated us with our check in time. The check out process was easy and simple. Overall, the whole group was impressed and happy with the house and stay!

We celebrated my mom's 50th birthday and this was the perfect spot for us! The house was super cute and everyone kept commenting on how cute and cozy the house was. All the beds were nice and comfortable as well as the couches! We would will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay in this updated home near downtown Fredericksburg. It was clean, had a fresh smell and was appointed nicely. A couple of recommendations I would offer is the lighting could be better in the living room and dining room. I had my 87 year old mom with our group and it was hard for her to see while playing games in the dining room or watching tv in the living room. The sliding glass doors going to the backyard needs a window covering for night time. I might also recommend the room with the two double beds each need a mattress pad cover or some type of memory foam. They were a little hard for our taste. Other than these minor items, we really enjoyed our stay here. We felt safe, Veronica was very quick to respond to any questions I had and was very easy to work with. We’d stay here again.

I loved staying at this VRBO! The bed was comfy and the space had everything we needed. The hot tub and backyard were perfect and I loved the location! We were 2 mins away from Main Street and we were able to shop all day then get back to the house to rest before the wineries. The wineries are minutes away too and we especially loved going to Garrison Brothers about 15 mins away. Veronica and Ben provided all the information we needed to have a fun trip and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Also, the game room was so fun for us! We highly recommend checking out VBcasa. Thanks Veronica and Ben, we will be back!

Everything you need and more for a great place to stay with family or friends. I would rent this property again!

I read the other reviews and decided to book the house because it looked nicer than others I saw for the same price and I’m so glad I did! VBcasa was very clean, in a safe area and everything was well kept. I did a girls trip with 5 of my friends. The hot tub was perfect. It was already heated up when we arrived, so we hopped right in. we did warm it up some more and it was easy to follow the instructions that were provided in the manual. Also, we drank wine and played shuffleboard. This house was extra fun because it had a game room. The second night, we sat outside by the fire pit and did another night in the hot tub. Veronica and Ben were very responsive, and they provided all the information we needed for the house before check in. We are defiantly coming back to VBcasa. We had so much fun! Thank you Veronica and Ben for hosting us, we had a great time!

Was advised a few days prior that the hot tub wasn’t working, they worked hard to make it work before we got there! It wasn’t super hot but perfect for us on a warm night! House is very clean and rooms were open and spacious. Towels were a little small and few, so if you have several adults, bring some. Kitchen was stocked well, but did lack paper towels, so bring your own. Would definitely come again!

Microwave door had to be pushed in and held after closing for microwave to work. House behind property has a large dog outside that barks at EVERYTHING. Makes the backyard unenjoyable. These are minor compared to what we had to deal with on the hot tub. The hot tub was the #1 reason we chose this location. 2 couples and 4 kids age 2-4. We wanted something the kids could enjoy with their grandparents while we were out. Hot tub was slow to heat up. But it was warm outside and water wasn't too cold, so we went ahead and let the kids play in it. No issues while they played. Got out after a while, went about our day. Later that day, we began noticing some rashes popping up on the kids arms, legs, and bellies. We didn't know what to think of it at the time. Around bath time, they were screaming to get out of the bath because the "water hurt their skin." We made a connection with the hot tub, called property owner, who told us to try heating up the hot tub again tomorrow and if we had any more issues with it, call her pool guy directly. So we ended up calling pool guy after what we saw on our kids skin and swim suits. They were prompt, and sent someone out almost immediately. The guy is there literally 30 seconds and tells me, "ya'll shouldn't be swimming in this it's unsafe." I ask why, and he explains to me that he tested it and found chlorine levels of 18. I asked what was normal, and he said 3-4. So I dug deeper and asked to see test results. We checked in on 3/14. That morning, the hot tub had been tested and produced a chlorine level of 18, 500% over what's considered normal. AND WE WERE STILL ALLOWED TO CHECK IN AND PUT OUR KIDS IN THE HOT TUB. Not only that, I saw that the hot tub had also been tested on 3/7, a week prior to our check-in, producing a chlorine level of 12. So we have 4 kids with rashes on the bodies, screaming at the top of their lungs in the bath because of burning skin, and swim suits that HAVE BEEN BLEACHED AND RUINED due to the high chlorine levels in the hot tub. Wife calls property owner and here was her reply: 1) Pool guy can come out and talk to you (not sure what that would solve, damage is done) 2) $100 refund (are you kidding, that doesn't even cover cost of ruined swim suits, let alone what kids are dealing with) 3) PACK UP & CHECK OUT WITHIN THE HOUR!! Bottom line, property owner allowed my kids to be put in an unsafe situation. Then told to accept $100 or get out within the hour.

We booked this house to celebrate my husband’s birthday and Valentine’s. This house was AMAZING! Perfect for 2 families and 2 kids. The game room was a hit with the kids and we enjoyed the hot tub which comfortably fits 5 adults. We were also able to use the outside fire pit as well. The rooms were spacious and the house has new appliances. Another perk was that it’s located near Main Street. Veronica and Ben were prompt to answering any questions. This house is a MUST stay! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful home with everything you need! Hot tub is great and the fire pit was nice. It’s close to Main Street and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was great!
