Beautiful secluded home away from the hustle of the busy world. The layout and decor of the house is beautiful. Get in touch with nature and you could see some deer and their babies roaming around the property.

Nice rental but be sure to bring everything you will need. It is very sparse on the necessary kitchen items - glassware and cookware, ice, etc. Otherwise it is a very nice home.

We were looking for a quiet getaway and this stay did not disappoint. Beautiful property backing up to the creek bed and surrounded by Gorgeous Cypress trees and lots of deer. We took our dog who enjoyed it more that us, lots of entertainment we had a great time will definitely come back again

Beautiful property and interior, but be wary of the cleaning fee. The home was not prepared for our arrival: dog urine in the kitchen and on a pillow in the primary room, dirty concrete floors throughout, dirty bed linens we had to wash, splatters on kitchen walls, used dog diaper on back patio stairs, holes behind every door with a knob. As a mom I am accustomed to disinfecting upon arrival places, but I was extremely disappointed by the work I had to do after driving hours and being so excited for a relaxing stay. The company did not offer us anything when informing them, only requested us to rate the cleaning service. I won’t be rebooking with them or recommending…

We decided to run away on a quick vacation between kids getting out of school and us about to start to build our house. Planning was very last minute find a place on our time available. We found it and rented Sun-Thurs we loved every bit of it! House was nice and clean, yard deer were awesome. Our 3 kids had a great time as well. We loved it and would most definitely rent again in the future! Zero issues, communication with owners excellent!

This property was a great stay for a weekend getaway. The home is very spacious and can be easily accessed. Communication with a representative from the property management company was great. The photos are pretty accurate. Although, most of the area rugs (inside and outside) were pretty stained, as well as, a few of the chairs in the living room. There were a few items leftover from the previous occupants that were missed during the cleaning process. Phone service wasn’t always great, but worked out as we were able to “unplug” for a few days.

Loved the house, private and within 20 minutes from shopping. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Perfect for my family to visit out of state and have all the comforts of home. Thank you!

What a fantastic property out in the woods. Lovely 3 bedroom home with fun game activities included. Beautiful decorated. Easy communication with management. Only negative are the fees added that were almost 1/2 of what the rental was.

The house had everything there to make the stay relaxing comfortable and fun!

The house was as described! We really enjoyed it, lots of space for folks to hang out, and was clean. I would stay here again if it was under new rental management. Was really bummed when we had an issue arise and it did not get resolved during our stay. Reached out twice, the first time they said a local team would reach out (they didn't), and the second time they said "We are currently experiencing a high volume of messages". Would look for rentals that are not run by this rental management company.

This home was beautifully designed, clean and very spacious! We loved playing ping pong, sitting outside watching the deer, playing games on the long dining room table and eating out at a nearby restaurant. When I had a question, response was quick. We plan on returning!! Thank you!!

Well it looks like we will be coming back for sure. So perfect. And we have started the Canyon Lake Ping Ping Championship as our new tradition. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

A beautiful and very comfortable home convenient to everything in Canyon Lake!

Pros : - Beautiful newer home in a wooded spot - Lots to do in and around the house for a family - Deer! Lots of wild deer and the owner provides corn located in the garage to feed them. The kids, and adults loved them - Close to Comal Park on Canyon Lake -Big kitchen with lots of counter space for the family - A very decent local grocery store two minutes from the house Cons : Some of these may sound picky, but some small tweaks could make this place really even better - No boxes of Kleenex in this house, and toilet paper was, lets say 'see thru'. - Mini blinds on front door were stuck half pulled up. Couldn't open or close them in either direction. Doubt we had any peeping toms, but you never know. - The master bedroom was very nice, but the master bath had the most misplaced rain show head I've seen in a new build. It sprayed water out of the enclosure if pointed slightly to one side and when turned away in the other direction it sprayed water out of the shower arm. A fixed 16" pipe would take care of these issues rather than the somewhat flimsy multi directional shower arm currently in use.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home is perfect. Loved the modern decor and quality of home The home provide family games and indoor recreational games that made for a great family weekend.

We had a wonderful weekend visit with my son and his Family. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Quiet and relaxing watching wildlife in the back yard. We definitely will be back.

The house was a true gem! Clean (extremely), modern, full of fun activities. Easy drive to lake and restaurants. This IS THE BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in.

This secluded house was beautifully decorated and furnished. Our family had a great time relaxing and watching all the deer in the backyard. We plan to stay here again.

This home was exceptional. We loved the layout of the home and the fact that it was tucked back in the woods. The furnishings were fantastic in every room. We especially enjoyed the back deck and the game room with our family. It was also nice to see the deer in the back in the evenings and mornings. I would make a few suggestions that would make the property absolutely perfect. 1. No ability to connect directly with the actual property owner as we had questions on parking and the propane tank which was almost empty. 2. Missed not having a guest book to review what other guests comments and suggestions for the area. 3. Had to wash kitchen cup towels as we only had three and we went through those quickly. I ended up having to wash them one day when we were out and about. 4. Need more silverware as we continued to run out and had to wash with a family of 4 or more what you have stocked is just not adequate. 5. Need larger skillet as we fried shrimp one night and had to do several pans. 6. We also noticed the dish washer made a terrible sound while it was running. We have the same dishwasher at home and it is supposed to be super quiet! **Loved the master bed - it was super comfortable! Also loved the master bathroom as it was super spacious including the large walk-in closet.

House was set up for an enjoyable comfortable stay - close to the lake - the bed's are extremely comfortable - deer and wildlife in the back yard - would recommend and will come back to the lake and book another visit.

I have stayed in many rental homes before, in the area, but I have never seen a hoodie so equipped as this one. The attention to details and the thought put into it preparing for new customers is very recognizable and appreciated. My kids fed the deer right outside our bedroom door, they played ping-pong in this super cool garage, packed with other games. The backyard is beautiful with mature trees and my dog loved it. It was muddy due to the storm that took place the day before our arrival, but still fun. The beds are very comfortable, they provide plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The decoration is very modern, yet so comforting. The property is only 5 min away from groceries, gas station, great bbq joint and the lake. We will be back for sure, next time for a longer time.
