The house was in walking distance to food etc. The home was updated in main living areas with an eclectic vibe. The porch was our favorite and able to walk miles for a fast workout. Dinner and breakfast areas super close. Churches walking distances as well. Quiet and beautiful area. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed the comfort of this historic home. Felt like a different era, but the bathrooms and kitchen were updated. Loved our morning coffee on the porch enjoying the beautiful garden and the children strolling to school with their mission projects. The property manager was friendly and communicative. Would reccommend.

This house is beautifully remodeled with thoughtful details that make it feel more like a home, even though it’s a rental! Location is perfect for exploring downtown and the historic neighborhood. Enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the wrap around porch was very relaxing. The mattresses in all bedrooms were so comfortable. I will definitely be booking this home again!

This property was the perfect home away from home for two weeks as my house was undergoing a remodel. Home was immaculate with updated appliances, beautiful flooring, a lovely yard and porch all located in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and other shopping areas are within walking distance or a short drive. Communication with the property manager was stellar. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is perfectly laid out for comfort and enjoyment. The big open floor plan made it fun and easy for a few people to cook together while others were watching TV or drinking a glass of wine while chatting with the cooks. The bedrooms were lovely and had attached bathrooms and thoughtful amenities (suitcase holders in the closet, plenty of pillows, good lighting and outlets). Everything we needed for a great stay was right at our fingertips and well-marked so we knew where to find them and where to put them back. The location is excellent — a quiet and charming neighborhood with plenty of street parking, but only a quick five minute walk to downtown Lodi.

This property is perfect for visit to Lodi. Well equipped for up to 3 couples, the home had everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the appliances are new and easy to use. Parking is easy. The front porch and grounds are well kept and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. If in the area, we would rent it again.

Perfect location for downtown Lodi. Wine tasting rooms and restaurants are only a few minutes walking distance. The home has everything you need. All the beds were comfy. 2 of the rooms have full bedrooms located on the first floor. One room has a half bath that’s located upstairs. It is a tight winding stairwell leading only the bedroom. There is an additional toilet and shower in the laundry/ sunroom that over looks the back patio. Back patio has wonderful landscaping that shields neighbors from seeing into the space. Very private feeling. Great bistro lighting to be able to play cards on the patio at night. I highly recommend this VRBO. I will stay here again if a trip to downtown Lodi comes up again.

We were in town to visit family. The house was perfectly appointed and in a great location for walking to the shops and restaurants in downtown Lodi. We would definitely return for a future visit.

This home worked perfectly for two couples coming in town for long weekend. Bedrooms were comfortable, with large closets. Kitchen was well stocked, and everything was impeccably labeled. And location could not have been better. Just blocks away from downtown restaurants/shops, yet on a very quite street. Not to mention the very comfortable front porch and back patio. Would come back here in a heart beat.

We used to travel with our friends often but as it often does; life got in the way. Busy careers, raising children and proximity took over and it had been over 15 years since we had visited with them face to face. We decided on Lodi as it was an easy location to meet and our friends had never been to the Lodi wine region. We wanted to be close to downtown, a short drive time to wineries and find a home with plenty of space for us to hang out, visit and relax since it had been so many years. The Veranda house did not disappoint! This house checked all of the boxes and surpassed all of our expectations! The home is so clean, wonderfully decorated, plenty of space to relax and had everything we could ever need. We could not believe how short of a walk it was to downtown. We enjoyed lunch, a wine tasting room and the evening Farmer's Market; all a short walk away. We enjoyed the porch in them mornings with coffee and wine in the evenings. The back patio was so private and very comfortable as well. We loved the kitchen and dining table, as it had everything necessary to cook and a big table to eat and play games around. Marne our host always got right back to me to answer any of my questions and was so friendly as she offered me extra info on wineries, restaurants and the area. We will be back!

We were very happy with our stay. The photos on VRBO do not do the property justice. We loved relaxing on the front porch and the beautiful plaza and church across the street were a bonus. The house was well stocked and very well thought out and comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we love it. The front porch is a perfect place to have an afternoon glass of wine and the location is so easy to walk to downtown Lodi restaurants.

The Lodi dream house was the perfect away from the grind home. We were able to relax, walk to restaurants, pharmacy and near by grocery stores. The house has wonderful outdoor space and we enjoyed morning coffee on the porch and evenings planning for the next days activities on the patio. Well appointed, we lacked for nothing.

Loved that big wrap around front porch, flowers, and friendly neighborhood. Back patio is cozy oasis. Plenty of room, clean and welcoming.

The house is perfectly located near downtown Lodi. We fell in love with the house even before walking inside. The flowers and landscaping are well maintained. The house was perfect for a weekend girl’s getaway. We will definitely be returning!!!
