Wow, this might have been one of the best rentals I have ever had. The place is even better in person than in the pictures. We had a group of 6 to celebrate our friend’s wedding, and we had the most wonderful time. Everything was spotless and the interior design was beautiful. Also, those beds felt like sleeping on clouds haha. Haylee was so kind in our brief interactions as well. 20/10 haha it was that wonderful and so close to the beach and so many other places!

This house was perfect for our out of state wedding. Halee was incredible, her communication was fantastic, the house was stunning, we had lot of room and enjoyed everything about the house. The neighbors did build a covered carport very early in the am the few days we were there but that was the only negative thing I could say. That also was very much h out of Halees hands. 10/10 recommendation and we would gladly stay there again.

The property exceeded expectations and is within close proximity of our parents house. Ample space and lots of light comes in through the many windows. Gorgeous space! Thank you Halee.

Perfect location close to everything! Beautiful old Florida charm meets beautifully decorated/updated beach house. Lots of extra towels and blankets. I traveled with a group of close friends for a long weekend and everyone absolutely loved everything about this house. Safe family neighborhood close to so many things it was hard to choose what to do first!! I will definitely book again for a longer stay so I can get a chance to take advantage of all the little extras provided and do some things we didn't have time for this trip. All of the suggestions that were given in the rental book by Halee were spot on, and I am so happy that we chose to stay here! Thanks to Halee for having such a great house and for allowing us to make great memories there! PS if possible, I would love to know where the host got those pillows and "Relax" blankets... I want them for my house now too! Lol

If you are looking for a place to stay in Madeira Beach or to be close to John's Pass - stop looking and stay here. This house is awesome!! Plenty of space for our family of 6. Loved the screen porch - It is really an extension of the living space and was like a second living/dining room during our stay. The house is very comfortable - beds are comfortable and bedding is great. We actually had to order a matching blanket to the ones at the house since my son had to have one for his room at home! The kitchen had everything we needed - coffee maker even had pods to get us started. Large fridge and any utensil we needed. The property is great - beautiful landscaping, lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the FL weather. The beach cruiser bikes with locks and helmets got lots of use. So convenient to have beach gear included!! Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, wagon to carry it all.. made for a really enjoyable experience when everything we needed was already there for us. The Publix nearby is awesome - and so close if you need to just run and grab something. Short drive to the beach (get the Flowbird App for easy parking in the Archibald lot!). Electronic locks on the doors were great for multiple people coming and going, didn't have to worry about having a key. Plenty of linens. The open concept space was great for our large family. Loved all the glass walls surrounding the back yard - makes the yard feel like it's part of the house. Fully fenced in yard for privacy and fun for teens with the corn hole game. Saw some great FL birds right in the back yard - parrots in the palm tree & a crane walking in the backyard by the canal. The decorating in the house is beautiful - literally picture perfect and looks exactly like the pictures on this listing. The location is perfect - nice neighborhood but only 10 minutes to John's Pass, 4 minutes to the beautiful Madeira beach (loved the Snack Shack and clean restrooms), 2 minutes to Publix, lots of great restaurants nearby. We had friends staying just South of John's Pass in Treasure Island and it felt like they were "just down the street" because the location is so close to the main road connecting all the towns. We had a rain day, and having a Roku + Live TV on all the TVs in the house (one in each bedroom plus living room) was great with teens who all want to watch something different and connect to their streaming services. Halee was very responsive and allowed us early checkin when our flights changed!

This home was a fantastic fit for our family. Sleeping arrangements were perfect and the indoor/outdoor living gave us plenty of room to enjoy. The decor was updated and fresh, and the owner thought of all the things we could need!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The place was just as it is pictured, very clean and a great location to the beach. The owner was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond. We appreciated the extra touches to start our stay, coffee, soap, paper towels, etc.

We LOVED everything about this house! We had two families staying there for 4 nights and had plenty of space for all. I have rented a dozen + homes from VRBO and was a little hesitant on this one because there were no reviews yet, but so happy we picked it! We were all absessed with the gorgeous decor throughout the entire home. The backyard and screened in dining area were perfect. We cooked & grilled multiple meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved that there was garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing tabs, etc. supplied as many rental homes are missing that. We would definitely stay here again!
