The apartment is decorated beautifully, the beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and the views are amazing. Lance was by far the best host we've ever had. He was very kind and really helpful.

This property was in great condition. The apartment feels new. It was my first time working with non hotel properties and Lance made sure the whole process went as smooth and as easy as possible. What I liked the most about this property is that everything met my expectations also being able to trust and communicate with the home owner is a huge plus and gave us a lot of relief while on vacation. The balcony and the view are amazing. There was nothing to dislike about the apartment or the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The beach view is simply fantastic, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding communication with the host. He was always available, eager to help, and offered fantastic suggestions for places to visit around Cartagena. It was clear that he genuinely cared about his guests' experience. Highly recommended!

This rental deserves all five stars. From the start, having a guide to explain everything around the apartment was new to me. Of course you can search around for things but how nice is it when you don't have to do it yourself. Also, it gave us a chance to ask questions. The property was very clean and had all the amitities my famy and I needed including kitchen ware, beach towels and beach chairs and also Monopoly (which we played during the night). The setup and view was absolutely beautiful with the ocean view. The air conditioning kept the place nice and cool which made it very easy to sleep. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Some mornings I just wanted to sleep in. No complaints about the bathroom as they were clean as well and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The property and the surrounding area is very quiet and the beach isn't crowded.
Working with Lance was a breeze. He was quick to respond and was very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and restaurants nearby.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great view, nice staff, cleanliness, and a place that feels homey.

This apartment was very clean, spacious, and modern inside with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Restaurants, landmarks, and other beaches were just a short uber drive away.

We had an amazing stay at Lance's place and we look forward to returning in the future! It was a highlight to our trip! Just far enough outside the hustle and bustle of the city that all you can see and hear are the waves of the sea but not so far that it becomes annoying to take a quick and easy uber ride into town.
4 stars on check in process and accuracy of listing because the direct uber link didnt take us to the correct address and the roof top pool wasn't working when we were there, otherwise fabulous.

We really enjoyed everything about this apartment. From the communication with Lance to the proximity to the walled city and to gestemani, everything was perfect. Ocean view from ALL the rooms, even the shower. It is right on the beach and one of a kind rental property. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been on many vacations. This was one of the best. The property was immaculate (clean). The description of the property is 100% accurate. Located on the beach with a balcony to experience those beautiful sunsets every evening. But if you’re not into the beach, it’s only a $5 Uber ride to the Walled City of Cartagena. Lots of history, shopping and all types of places to eat. If you just want to stay in a few days and you would rather cook yourself, the kitchen is fully equipped. Lance is the property owner and he was very helpful and informative. Lance could not have done any more to make this a vacation that I’ll never forget. Thanks Lance!!! Everything was wonderful! I could go on and on about this property and it’s owner. If I have the opportunity again to come to Cartagena, I’ll certainly try and book this property!

This apartment had everything. So close to the beach. Love the area. Love not wearing wrist bands. Raddison hotel has an atm 1 block away. Restaurant right outside. The owner/manager one of the greatest hosts I ever encountered. I give this 5 stars out of 5. Only thing I wish was a bit bigger Pool in the sun. But the ocean was perfect so that was fine.

Blue Escape was perfect! The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and has a fantastic location. The sunsets on the balcony are breathtaking. Lance was always available to us and everything we needed was provided, including beach chairs, coolers and the best stocked vacation rental kitchen I have ever seen. The air conditioning kept us comfortable in all rooms, and the Echo music system was perfect. We did not have a single complaint or suggestions for improvements. Thanks for a perfect stay.

Terrific place and great vacation
We had a terrific time in the apartment. It was super clean, well stocked, and with a fantastic view. Between time on the beach and our feet up on the balcony, we defiantly relaxed. Throw in a few trips to the sites of Cartagena and you have a perfect vacation! Couldn’t ask for anything more (although the pool hours are a little restricted). The people at the desk downstairs were super helpful on arranging taxi rides out and about.
