We were there July 23-28 and it was great! Location is perfect…. The layout of the condo worked perfectly for us…. Will definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The condo was nice. The outside patio was very dirty though. We were not able to use any of the furniture out there. There were cats that would lay all over the furniture and then leave hair all over it. We spent most of the first morning trying to organize and clean up the patio. All of the boards and chairs left were either broken or too dirty to use as well. Luckily we brought all of our own boards and chairs so this did not effect us. The write up does say something about not needing to bring those things so just forewarning the next renters. The walkway to the beach also could use a little work. When you stepped off the steps you could smell cat poop immediately. There was cat poop all throughout it and burrs that were very pocky so shoes were always needed to walk in the sand which was a bummer. The walk to the beach was very short which was great. The condo was clean. The kitchen was stocked. Bathrooms were stocked. The beach was perfect, not super busy which was a huge bonus!

Clean and cozy property. Very close to attractions and restaurants. The best part is when you step off of the back porch, you are immediately on the sand!

This was our second time visiting PCB First time in this house would highly recommend staying and would stay again. The property was great just would recommend a few upgrades on patio doors and patio furniture. But definitely won’t stop us from coming back. Owners were great to deal with .

This unit was well designed, clean, and thoughtfully stocked! Great spot just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. Direct access to the beach right outside the back patio was amazing and such a treat and so easy for our family. Kelsey thought of everything for their guests. You literally don’t need to bring anything except food (if you want to cook) and spices /condiments and coffee( for coffee drinkers like us :-). I mean every small appliance, grill, beach towels, chairs, sand toys, floaters, even a play yard for the baby. Additionally, the check in process was seamless, Kelsey responds quickly to messages, and the check out process is minimal compared to other vrbo owners/properties. All the bedrooms are on the second floor so be mindful if you have elderly or really little ones. The experience was great and we will surely stay here again.

This location was away from the busy area pf PCB! Really enjoyed our stay. I would book this again!

This was a beautiful place that was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach, close to good restaurants. Had everything we needed including decent pots and pans for cooking breakfast. Loved not having to take our own beach towels and chairs. Kelsey was quick to respond as well. Absolutely loved it!

Amazing home, I will stay at this property for further visits! Everything included.. beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, 3 full bathrooms. Perfect for us 8 girls. Back yard is the ocean! Very private, not near the busy area 😄

Enjoyed everything great place and experience

We rented this as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. We comfortably fill 10 adults in this place, and had enough space to cook dinner one night, sit around and talk, and shower without having a long wait for an empty bathroom. We were within steps of the beach. Everything you could possibly need was provided -chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. This place was great and will definitely rent next year if available!

Upon arriving this condo was very clean and ready for us! I loved the master bedroom en-suite with a balcony to sit on and enjoy watching people on the beach! The other 2 bedrooms were a nice size as well. Very nice kitchen with a bar and stools which allowed us to cook if we wanted to and plenty of room to enjoy dinner! The back patio is large and had plenty of seating for all 7 of us. There was a nice grill on the patio and owner supplied plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards. The best part is that the beach is just a few steps away. This area was very nice as the beach was not crowded in this area at all!!! So, it's quiet, plenty of beach space and only minutes from anything else you want to do. The beds were very comfortable and a TV in every bedroom, including the living room. In house full-size washer and dryer as well. Beach towels were provided too! This is a wonderful, relaxing condo to stay in and we enjoyed it very much!!! You won't be disappointed with this vacation condo!

Our stay was wonderful and a much needed getaway from the daily hustle of life. We enjoyed the privacy of the location and love how it is connected right to the beach! The property was clean and the amenities did not disappoint. I highly recommend this place of relaxation and will definitely stay again!

This townhome was a beautiful place to stay. It had so many things that we didn’t have to pack. The owner of the home was very helpful and responded quickly. There are several places to eat within walking distance. Also, a souvenir shop, ice cream shop, and putt putt within walking distance. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Definitely recommend.

What a great stay we had!!! This home is so beautiful and every thing had been thought of... even nightlights in the bathrooms!! The beds are so comfy and we just felt right at home! There's so much to do right in the area of you don't want to stay on the beach the whole time (which is right out your back door). Communication was great, she always got right back with me! Would highly recommend!!!

This was the perfect get-away for our family of three. The townhome was very clean and nicely decorated, with extras we didn’t expect. Every little thing was considered, it lacked nothing that we needed, which was really nice and appreciated. We loved being in a townhome instead of a condo. I can’t see us ever staying in a crowded condo with elevators and huge parking decks/lots again. This truly felt like home away from home for a few days! Thanks for sharing this little piece of the beach with us!

The townhome was very clean and nicely remodeled. So nice to have several beach chairs provided and a cooler. Absolutely loved how close the beach is…. Short path from the patio and you’re on the beach. The area seemed quiet, the beach beautiful! Would definitely stay again!!
