We loved everything about this home. It’s stunning and so well equipped. The location is perfect, it’s so spacious, extremely clean, the decks are wonderful, and the kitchen is fantastic. This was the most wonderful kitchen for making Christmas dinner for our family this year. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

Great location. Beautiful views. Appreciated late check out due to weather but not needed. Suggestions for house. Need lamps in bedrooms. Chairs in bedrooms. When going to winery the back gate code would be appreciated. Kitchen was great but needs some new cookie sheet pans. Extra hooks in bedrooms as no closets to hang clothes. Thank you. We want to return next year to Eagles Nest.

We booked for Christmas - our immediate family of 11 people. The weather was very, very cold with lots of snow. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. But, upon arrival, we could not get in - the front door lock was frozen. It was difficult to reach anyone to help us get in (the phone system takes you through a series of long maze options). Finally got in - heat was set to 45 degrees, the home was freezing cold and we had 3 toddlers. Then the power went out, no flashlights at the house (and we didn't think to pack any). Maintenance had to be called (again) to reset the heat after the power came back on. Then it warmed up and was lovely except for the basement bathroom, sink and toilet were not working. We called maintenance again on Day 2, no one ever called or showed up to fix. My son - who was staying in that bedroom, repaired the sink and the toilet. Never heard from maintenance or anyone else. All in all it is a lovely home and we had a great stay. We thought that it was too difficult to get assistance from the property management company (I know it was Christmas and that could have been the reason).

The house was gorgeous! The views were beautiful from the huge deck. We had a big group and everyone was comfortable. Eagles nest is sn incredible place!!

Fantastic location with tons of amenities. The space fit our needs perfectly. Kitchen was large and perfect for our multiple family vacation. If you plan to visit with small children or elderly, the spiral staircase could be problematic as it is steep and narrow (only access to master suite and downstairs living space and bedroom). Views are fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, lovely setting
Our small family, parents and adult kids (all 18+) stayed for a long weekend of four days. The house was completely clean and beautifully decorated. The views were wonderful to enjoy from the deck or bedrooms. Everything worked except for one minor issue with a bathroom fan that started tripping a GFCI on our last day, but calling that into maintenance was easy. I had been worried there would be a lot of noise from ATVs but that was not an issue at all, there is about an hour period in the morning when contractor trucks are arriving but this is not anything really bothersome just a little more traffic on the road but is quickly gone and back to beautiful views and chirping birds. You will want to be aware of the tight circular stairway connecting the floors. It is not dangerous but you wont want children running up and down them without being careful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again any time.

Great stay
We had a great time in Banner Elk and the Koronida Lodge was a big reason for that. Plenty of space, great kitchen, and the neighborhood itself had lots of fun things to do for the kids. We hope to be back someday!

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had a lot of accommodations. We would definitely visit again.

Quick weekend getaway
The property was beautiful and the welcome gifts of the Girl Scout cookies was a nice touch. The only issue we had was the dishwasher would not drain and created a mess our last night.

Beautiful Cabin in Amazing Neighborhood
We have stayed in the Eagles Nest neighborhood multiple times and absolutely loved the layout of this cabin! It was perfect for a group of family and friends!

Neighborhood is definitely a huge score as far as amenities and things to do without even leaving the beautiful gated neighborhood. Also very close to some very good restaurants and close to the ski slopes. The owners definitely make you feel welcome as well. They text us a few days prior to arriving, the day of arriving, and during the stay to make sure we didn't have any questions or needed anything. Would highly recommend for everyone to stay here if given the opportunity.

Immaculate cabin 10 out of 10

We had three generations form 38 to 90 years old, and friends joined us for a few days. Koronida Lodge was a pleasant host, with plenty of room, a kitchen that became the gathering place and a view that was spectacular as the leaves changed. We will return!

Wonderful home in a great community.
This home was larger and more comfortable than we had expected. It worked perfectly for two families, 8 total, to share for a long holiday weekend. Both the house and facility amenities were exceptional and I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Banner Elk area.

Beautiful location
Our family of 4 enjoyed our 5-day winter (Christmas) stay at this house , which was close to great restaurants and activities. The only downside was the lack of shades/blinds in the 2nd floor master suite making it hard to sleep with the sun shining in. And, it would have been a major plus if the house had Christmas decorations. Outside of that, everything else was perfect. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!
We absolutely loved our weekend in the mountains at the Koronida Lodge! It is conveniently located near all of the Eagle’s Nest activities. Although there was a lot to do on the mountain from kids activities to the Sat night concert... we also enjoyed cooking in the fantastic kitchen , Roasting s’mores and watching movies by the cozy fireplace at Koronida. It was a weekend to remember and one we’ll never forget. A must stay!
