This property was beautiful!!! Can’t say enough good things. So much space for the kids to run around and explore. It was way more than what we expected. The jacuzzi location was lovely, made you feel like you were in a hidden oasis in the woods. The sauna!!! So relaxing after a hike . The host has everything you could possibly need, They even have equipment for skiing you can borrow for the winter. My family was very pleased with the stay. Will definitely book again in the future 😊

Great, stunning house and grounds- truly top-notch! management company could do a better job cleaning- lots of cobwebs, smelled strongly of damp fireplace -several lights in and outside either missing or not working. Garbage from former guest scattered on ground out by garbage shed due to animal break- in and failure to remove before we checked in.and failure to have someone come clean up so we had to do it.

Our group had an incredible experience at this magical forest home. The property is located in a gorgeous mossy forest with tall Douglas fir, whimsical hemlocks and beautiful rhododendrons. The outdoor spaces are beautifully designed and well constructed, with exceptional stone and ironwork throughout the property. We especially enjoyed spending time in the sauna, hot tub, and labyrinth and the outdoor spaces feel private. Neighbors are visible but far enough away that the property feels secluded.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail on design and aesthetics both outdoors and indoors is some of the best I’ve experienced in a short term rental. The furnishings are high quality and you feel that you are staying in an aesthetically cohesive, well cared for home. Our group of nine slept well with all beds full, including two on the pullout. As others have mentioned the kitchen is small for a large group, but is well stocked and we made some great meals.
The sauna fits 4-5 people on the top bench and the hot tub is quite large. Wonderful place to connect with friends and have a peaceful retreat in the forest.

We loved the property the house looked much larger on line but still was really nice. There was no can opener but everything else was really good from the hot tub to the sauna to the outdoor gas fire pit. Even the furniture was very comfortable. definitely gonna come back again.

This was the most beautiful place ive ecer stayed at. Everything was perfect. It was just secluded enough to be private, with neighbors close to feel safe. I loved the open loft. My kids played upstairs while i read downstairs and we all felt like we were still spending time together. The hottub was Large! And exactly what we needed afetr a day playing in the snow!

What a stunning property. The attention to detail in the house in incredible, from the woodwork to the ironwork to the custom cabinetry to the tile in the bathrooms to the light fixtures: everything has been considered and thoughtfully chosen. The setting in the forest is incredibly peaceful and lush; we saw deer on the property multiple times. The sauna and hot tub are perfection, and the labyrinth is an oasis of tranquility. Our group of seven appreciated the privacy of having one of the bedrooms in a living space that's separate from the main house. Everyone in our group appreciated the location, close to hiking and Timberline Lodge. I cannot recommend this house enough, and look forward to having a reason to book it again.

This property is incredible. The details and amenities are next level. I tried to get in touch with the property manager several times before our stay and was unable to connect which cases for a bit of disruption during our trip. Cell phone service is non existent and the cleaners were not finished by 4pm. Owner watches you on the outdoor cameras which feels a bit invasive.

Our friend group stayed here as a jumping off point to enjoy winter sports at Mt. Hood for a weekend. Had an amazing time and really enjoyed the muscle recovery in the evenings with the beautiful hot tub and sauna. Made some big group dinners in the kitchen, which was well equipped as well. Would definitely stay here again, the entire property was fantastic.

We came here for a girls weekend (7 of us) and we’re all very comfortable and happy with our housing choice! The space was beautiful, well decorated and cozy. The ONLY THING we thought would make it “better” was a bigger kitchen. The sauna and hot tub were gorgeous! We all voted we would visit this place again.

From the moment we entered the home, it was like entering a magical Nordic ski lodge. It was spacious, yet cozy. We loved the giant stone fireplace. This was the family’s main gathering area but there were different sitting areas throughout the place if you wanted to break away for some quiet time. The teens loved the game room and loft sleeping area. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. (It was such a thoughtful touch to have robes at the sauna to use) The little ones loved the magic of walking through the labyrinth and clanging the bell at the end. There was so much attention to detail that made it a pleasure to stay at such a lovely home. We hope to visit again in the summer and enjoy the outdoor patio area.

I wish I could keep this home a secret, it’s absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about it! Very clean, well stocked with everything you could need. The spa was out of order during our stay, but the sauna was amazing and we spent a lot of time there instead. Between that, the labyrinth, the abundance of games, there was always something to do. We didn’t even have a chance to make use of the game room with how busy we were with everything else. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this one is it.

Great getaway
Fantastic place to stay with friends or family. We loved the sauna and hot tub. Location was great with lots of things to do within close proximity. Went golfing at Mt Hood Resort one day then hiking the next day. Power was out in whole area when we arrived, was nice to have a fireplace to stay warm and give us some light until power came back on.

Amazing mountain retreat
We stayed here for a weekend for a snowshoeing trip near mt hood. The amount of detail that went into designing this place is amazing and staying here you really feel like you are getting the premium mountain retreat experience. Would definitely recommend!
