Good home base for many local attractions, including Seattle. Older home with an unusual layout. Comfortable bed in master bedroom (didn’t use the other bed). Host was very responsive.

Perfect location and home for my dog and I.

We stayed at the property for my child’s College graduation. It was cute, clean, lots of street parking and convenient to downtown Tacoma. We had a very nice welcome basket of snacks when we checked in. Enjoyed our stay!

My daughter and I enjoyed our time in Tacoma. The house was in a great location between the military base and Seattle. The house was very clean and Cheree provided everything you would possibly need. I would definitely look to stay there the next time we go to Tacoma.

Your provider is a place to reconnect, cook a couple meals together and enjoy some relaxation between our sight seeing.

Great location, easily accessible from I-5, but also in a quiet, low traffic neighborhood. Cheree was very communicative, and readily accommodated a personal request that we made. The beds were really comfortable, it was extremely helpful to have access to a washer/dryer, and we appreciated the high quality snacks that were provided to make us feel at home. Would recommend to anyone visiting Tacoma!

We moved to Arizona 15 months ago. Just came up to visit. The house was perfect and fit everyone fine. There was good communication throughout our stay. Would definitely rent again.

The property was lovely and well appointed, nice yard for pup to stretch their legs. We had a great time seeing Tacoma and relaxing in this cozy house away from the noise but with easy access to everything.

We enjoyed this wonderful home. It was in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Tacoma, just an hour and half drive to Mt. Rainier, very close to Point Defiance and short drive to Snoqualmie falls. Fully stocked kitchen and owner left us gift basket of goodies! Perfect place to stay!! Will definitely book this place again!!

We had a wonderful stay here. We spent 3 days in Seattle and then three nights here in Tacoma. The house was clean, and in a cute cul-de-sac neighborhood near plenty of shopping and entertainment. The house has a cute upstairs with an office space as well as another bedroom with a daybed and trundle, perfect for larger families. The backyard, laundry, and well appointed kitchen were all plusses in our book.

This is an amazing listing. We had zero issues here. The interior is beautiful and had plenty room for my family (5+dog). It's a little close to the freeway so you will hear vehicle noise, but it did not negatively effect our stay too much. If you are staying in Tacoma this is a great location.

An absolute gem. Cheree the owner could not be more thoughtful, helpful, responsive and organized. I have come to the area several times and stayed at other properties that cost a great deal more but this one has become my firm favorite. It is so bright, light, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything I needed and the bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower and bath tub brilliant. It was a 10 minute drive to pretty much anywhere I ever needed to go. You would do really well to choose this place, except on the dates when I need it!

This charming home has so much to offer! They are dog friendly, and the yard is fenced-just be aware that the picket part of the fence has some gaps underneath where the ground undulates so your dog could crawl under. We just kept our dog company when she was doing her business. The beds are very comfortable, and the oven works great. If you do cook you will be doing dishes by hand but the owner has a great set up for washing the dishes and I had no trouble. The location of the house is ideal! I thought it would be busy and loud, but it is on a dead end street and it is peaceful with lovely neighbors, yet close to everything in Tacoma. We have family in the area and we will be back to stay again!!
