This property needs work. We liked the location of this property, but the owner was nearby on site every day. There was lots of room inside for the kids to spread out, but no real place outside for them to play. The house was not clean inside, and the outside appearance needs improvement. We saw 3 live mice in two bedrooms and in the bathroom. We killed 2 of them. The bunk beds were a safety hazard because they did not have rails of any kind. There are no window curtains or blinds on the bedroom and bathroom windows for privacy and room darkening to sleep. The house was dusty, cobwebs visible, bait traps for the mice were in the house and the kids found them and handled them. Windows need washing. We will not recommend this property to anyone, and I feel that because of all these issues, I paid too much.

Baa Baa Blacktail Farm needs improvement.

Lots of room for all of the family to enjoy. Our kids absolutely loved running around outside and then coordinating with the owner to feed the lambs. We had a good time at Silverwood, about 25 minutes away. It is a rustic farmhouse with one bathroom and vintage furnishings. Very nice owner, taking the time to not only provide her farm fresh eggs and cookies for our arrival, but also taught all of us about the sheep, donkey, and llamas!

Fun rustic getaway for all the family!
Lots of room for all of the family to enjoy. Our kids absolutely loved running around outside and then coordinating with the owner to feed the lambs. We had a good time at Silverwood, about 25 minutes away. It is a rustic farmhouse with one bathroom and vintage furnishings. Very nice owner, taking the time to not only provide her farm fresh eggs and cookies for our arrival, but also taught all of us about the sheep, donkey, and llamas!
