The location was perfect, close to the sea and very friendly staff! It should be also mentioned that the sun umbrella, breakfast and air conditioning is included in the price!! Also parking is around. I can definitely recommend it to stay here for a family vacation.

The apartment was poorly cleaned, the floors were dirty. My toddler wanted to crawl around, after 1 minute the socks were black! It would be great if someone would also wash the floors.

Nice and friendly staff, location close to the beach and other services (restaurants, groceries, butcher), parking within premises. The building and the apartment (no.4) look modern and new (07/2022). There is elevator in the building. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage space, A/C in all rooms, TV sets in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer within the apartment. Home-made cookies for breakfast were great. Happy to return to Milan Residence.

Apartments on the ground floor lack some outside sitting area, compared to higher floors. Hints for improvement: - surrounding areas behind hotel and partially around apartments' building could be more clean. Areas are used as parking, but anyway it looked untidy. I would appreciate simple shade for parked cars. - The shower area in one bathroom not properly levelled, thus always a lot of water to wipe out. - Unpleasant gray water odor in one of the bathroom after use of washing machine (maybe). - Some kitcheware stored on quite high shelves when we arrived, not sure if it is default place but could be revised.

Excellent location, very close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Very convenient for families with children. Excellent breakfast.

My room on the ground level looked like it was equipped and furnished some 20 years ago. However other rooms, especially on higher floors are brand new - very nicely designed and equipped. I was disappointed by the discrepancy between photos in my booking (beautiful) and the reality.
