We arrived to find our room was switched to a smaller room due to construction. When contacting the front desk, she stated they tried calling and leaving a voicemail on Feb 12 about the switch. We did not book this room until Feb 27 and never received a voicemail. I received all other communications-a text through the app, texts, and emails-never a voicemail! We were offered a 10% discount. We’re on vacay for the weekend so we rolled with it, determined to have a good time until the ceiling literally started to fall in the living quarters and in our food and drink. We then contacted Rose, the GM and was told since they contacted us and we received the 10% discount she was only willing to offer us another 10% or we could find another place to stay on our own and move and the construction company would only be there until 8 p.m. We tried to find another room but nobody had a room for 1 night. Being the last day of our vacay by this time, we accepted the 10%, never once receiving an apology for the inconvenience, instead ridiculed because we did not get a voicemail on Feb 12-15 days prior to our reservation. I booked this weekend vacay to get some peace after experiencing a life altering medical diagnosis and there was no peace, only shame, horrible customer service with lack of empathy and a horrible time. The property was also dangerous to access by a person with a disability like myself due to the ramp being blocked. I have videos and pictures that I’m willing to share.

Very comfortable location with great views. It's set up very well and very clean. Within walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Was a short drive to boyne, highlands and nubs knob for excellent skiing. Would definitely return in the future.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy, and welcoming. The view was gorgeous and the location was perfect. We enjoyed dining at several restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The only negative I can identify is the pool/hottub area. It did not look well kept and we did not feel comfortable using it. It wasn't a major issue for us though.

This property was great. Would defiantly stay again, I’ve recommended to my friends and family. Location was so good. Walking distance to down town. The view of round lake was so good! We spent our 25th wedding anniversary here. Property was very clean and comfortable.

The condo was perfect! We went early in spring, so the town was quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting and just watching the water.... loved it!

The property was spacious, nicely decorated and close to everything downtown. The views were stunning and everything we needed in the kitchen was available to accommodate some wedding party guests for cocktails during our stay.

I would recommend the Edgewater Inn #344 for the comfort and safety as well.

Our family stays at alot of places through VRBO, and this was one of thr cleanest,nicest furnished places we've stayed. The view was pretty and the beds were super comfortable. Loved the decor, and even had fans for us that need noise to sleep! Highly recommend!!

The condo is perfection: stunning views, perfect location and beautifully decorated. It was a slice of heaven to enjoy our first cup of coffee in the morning looking at beautiful Round Lake from this gorgeous condo. We walked into Charlevoix and had wonderful restaurants and lovely shops a few steps away. Lake Michigan Beach was a five minute walk. We look forward to our next visit in this unit.

Only issues were that beds were too soft and the housekeeping service was not good. They only gave fresh towels and took trash. Didn't come one day at all. Had to ask for replacement of bathroom items like shampoo, etc... when I could find someone to ask. Front desk woman was not very friendly.

The kitchen is well appointed and we made many great meals and watched the boats go by. The view of the harbor is wonderful and the sounds of the water, birds and boats was a pleasant backdrop to our stay. The weather was perfect, so we were able to keep the French doors open during our entire stay. We only had to use the A/C on one muggy afternoon, and the place cooled down quickly.
