My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. All parts of the apartment were very clean, well maintained and fresh. The fully gated outside area was great for my small kids to even be on and enjoy some sun. Location was incredible for easy access to Asbury, boardwalk and beach. We loved our stay! Thanks!

The property was excellent and exactly as described. It was spacious, private, and had off street parking. We had short walks to restaurants, shopping, beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and nights. 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 4 beach tags were provided. The beds were comfortable and water stayed hot through 4 consecutive showers. The host welcomed us with a JiLLy’s gift basket that included candy, discounts to JiLLy stores, and a pre-paid arcade card, which was very much appreciated. We had trouble figuring out the keypad to enter the property and Jody was quick to respond and explain how to get in. We would rent this place and other properties of this host anytime.

We enjoyed out stay and would stay again . A few things need some fixing but overall great place.

This property is all about location being at the heart of Asbury Ave. For those who never visited Ocean City, Asbury Ave is where all the shops and dining venues are. Plus its only 5 blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Property is perfect for a family getaway, spacious gathering area due to open concept. Property was very clean upon arrival. Jody the host answered all questions in a very timely manner, plus gave detailed recommendations for dining. Our family enjoyed a wonderful experience, would stay even longer next time.

Our family came for vacations every summer to OCNJ for many years. We haven’t been back in a while and decided to make a last minute trip this summer. We got so lucky that this property was available! Our entire family had an amazing trip. The house is perfectly located, very clean, comfortable and newly updates. There are beach tags and everything you need for a beach trip. Jody is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall we had a wonderful trip and hope to return!

The owner, Jody was wonderful! We met him when we couldn’t navigate the internet WiFi. He took midafternoon time to help us out…the paperwork describing the login was missing- so he came over to help us login. Overall, the place was right for our family of 5. We enjoyed the location the most! It’s within walking distance of everything we needed! We appreciated the space, amenities and cleanliness. Great stay!

Our family of 5 had a nice time. The property was .40 miles almost 1/2 mile to the beach and boardwalk, which was a bit farther then expected. The chairs and beach buggy made it easier to bring stuff to the beach. Overall I recommend this place. The 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms where perfect.

Great vacation spot!

The property was clean and a short distance to the boardwalk. We had only experienced a small issue and that was taken care of immediately. Plenty of room and I would stay here again.

This beach house is in a great location to the boardwalk and beach ! The beach wagon and chairs that came with the house made packing so much easier with small children. The house was wonderful and we would definitely stay again !

Walk to everything Great to have 3 bathrooms and TVs in each bedroom Bunk room-bed squeaky and not very comfortable.

Upon arrival we were super excited and as we walked in the property it looked nice. Loved the porch opened the fridge and the plastic shelf on the door was broken. Messaged the owner for the WiFi because the listing said “ see sheet” there was no sheet in the property with the WiFi. Text the owner they sent WiFi that didn’t work. Was checking the cabinets the second day and under the sink there was a bucket full of water with a pipe that wasn’t connected. Then I went to wash a load of laundry and the water was all over the floor. Called the owner and they said we are sending someone right out. Someone got there to only fix the sink not the washer. For the amount of money paid for this house with specifically come with a washer and dryer I feel like it was a waste. Poor ventilation in the bathrooms, projects not completed, half ass work done. Do not recommend.

Loved the place Jody provided for us! More than enough space for our group! The deck was perfect with the fire pit and grill available. We will def keep this place in mind the next time we head to OCNJ

We just stayed two night and it was so convenient and such a large space. From kitchen to deck 7 of us comfortably fit. 3 full bathrooms and only used two. Easy check in! Convenient to everything, will rent again.

My 4 college buddies and I went here for vaca. We loved the property and had a blast. Will stay here again!

I had an extended stay in the property. It was very spacious and location was close to everything! Would recommend adding a few lamps in the bedrooms and more plates, cups, cutlery.

We had a great stay at this property, which is right in the heart of the action on Asbury! My 4 year old loved the bunkbeds and TV in his room. The welcome basket was such a nice touch!

We felt very safe and comfortable in the newly rennovated rental. Asbury Street has many local unique stores so great place for shopping. Lots of space for a big family and the deck was a nice place to relax after a day at the beach. Not far from the boardwalk and the beach stroller was a big help.

We stayed at this property for a change of scenery as we worked remotely. It is comfortable and well-equipped. It is located in Downtown Ocean City in the center of Asbury Ave. Close to restaurants and shops, so we walked everywhere. Short walk to beach or bay.

The place was extremely nice and we had a get time. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and was willing to help out in any way. The only downside was the internet strength was too weak to use in some of the bedrooms for TV watching at night.

Perfect location to accommodate family ages ranging from 9yrs-84yrs old. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were in walking distance to the boardwalk and area shops. The beach wagon, chairs and extra toys made our stay a bit easier with getting to the beach! Jody was very responsive and accommodating! Thank you

We wanted to take a few days to enjoy the beach before summer comes to end. Jody’s place was great! A couple blocks from the beach and boardwalk and right on Asbury Ave. The house was just like the photos, spacious, and beautiful. When we arrived there was a nice little welcome gift with gift cards to Jillys and a bunch of little things. Would definitely book again or recommend!

House is very spacious and having 3 full bathrooms was a bonus! We especially enjoyed the firepit on the deck during those chilly nights! We had a couple of small issues but Jody and Randy were responsive and very accommodating! Thanks again for everything...we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything is updated and clean. Very easy to communicate with owner. He even bought a new gas fire pit to make sure we had one to use. There was a nice welcome “bucket” as well.

Just spent 5 days with my family at this beautiful OC property. Check in was seamless and the location on Asbury couldn’t be better. Jody the owner was very responsive and left a goodie bag of gift cards and Jilly’s items that were a welcome surprise. Definitely will be renting again.

Overall the stay was good and we enjoyed our time there and the unit was good. It was super helpful up to have beach chairs and a beach cart to use to get back and forth to the beach. The unit was nicely decorated and very well taken care of. It fit our party of 8 nicely. The few things that were a little disappointing is that the gas fire pit did not work as there were a few chilly nights that we sat on the deck. We never received our gift cards and arcade passes until the morning of our departure which was not a huge deal as we were able to grab some items from Jilly’s downstairs but the kids did not spend time in the arcade. The washer leaked a little but we used our beach towels to be sure there was no damage. The kitchen was well equipped, only suggestion would be to add a few more smaller utensils such as tongs and another spatula. Overall, our stay was great and we would book again without hesitation. Thanks for a great week!

Had an amazing time renting for a week in July- the asbury ave location was only a few short blocks to the beautiful beach and fun boardwalk. Inside the location was very modern, clean and large enough for our large family. Host Jody and Randy answered all our questions and gave some great dinner recommendations. Would come again and refer family and friends. A+++
