It was a quick trip. House was clean and well appointed. We were in town for a college visit for my son. Location was perfect to downtown and campus. Probably my favorite thing was being able to park rental car in the garage. We would definitely stay again.

I loved staying in this property for 9 days during a work trip. The space was large, convenient, and had so many special touches. Loved the porch, bicycles and decor.

Absolutely loved the property, was perfect for our stay, and great location. We were in town with our 17 year old visiting our son that lives in Fort Collins and our son that lives in California joined us. This property added so much value to our stay, having a ‘home’ to go to.

This was a great place in North Old Town. The place is exactly as described and a basically new unit. The neighborhood is a new development slightly disconnected from actual old town, but it's a really short drive or bike into the core of the downtown area. Overall a great place.

Beautiful new modern home in a quiet safe neighborhood only a few minutes by car to downtown Fort Collins. Very clean and comfortable had all that we need to enjoy our stay

Wow what a cool rental. Plenty of space, amazing neighborhood, and walkable to breweries and old town. Next time in Ft. Collins im for sure staying here.

Overall, our experience was good. This property is not quite as well-stocked, however, as some others where we have stayed. It would have been nice to have a TV on the second floor, to have tissues in the bathrooms, and some welcoming bottles of water in the fridge. We also were unable to make the fans respond with the remotes. They may need batteries. A bath mat in the master bath would have been nice, too. Most of the doors squeaked. A few adjustments/additions would make the property practically perfect.
The washer and dryer are top notch and the small deck off the master is a nice place for morning coffee. The sidewalks make the neighborhood a good place to walk.

The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, the check-in was easy. Located close to Old Town, yet a quiet neighborhood. We'll be back!

We had a great time checking out Fort Collins from this condo! We walked with our kids to the nearby park to play pickleball in the mornings, and it was an easy walk or drive to everything else we wanted to do. The condo was very clean and well furnished, and Stacy was very responsive.

This townhome is centrally located for all of your Fort Collins adventures in and around town. Short drive, or beautiful walk to old town Fort Collins where numerous restaurants, bars, and breweries await you. Stacy is incredibly quick to answer questions and very helpful.
