The place is gorgeous, spacious and bright. Just perfect! It has a large balcony accessible from both living room and bedroom. The views of the mountains and Elliot bay are magnificent. The apartment is fully furnished, including the kitchen that has everything one may need for a long stay. I like everything about this apartment and highly recommend it. This is my second time staying there and plan to return.

Views from the balcony were outstanding. Staff and residents were pleasant and accommodating. Parking is a bit difficult as resident parking is 5 levels below the street. Walked to almost everything. Most destinations less than 1 mile from condo. Spent a lot of money for a rental car didn’t need. Condo was clean and comfortable for 2 people.

We loved the location and available parking. The kitchen was well-equipped and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. The bathroom has a strong mildew smell and the bathroom door needs replaced or repainted. The doorframes and baseboards need cleaned. The refrigerator handle was broken upon our arrival and we reported to the on-site manager because it had sharp edges and was dangerous. He did not fix it. I eventually taped it so we could open and close the refrigerator. The freezer needed cleaning and had used bags of ice and freezer packs. The towels and washcloths were cheap and didn’t dry well. Overall, the location makes this a bargain but with a few minor improvements it could be 5stars.

The apartment is lovely, as nice as pictured. It is spacious, full of natural light, and fully furnished. The building is safe and perfectly located so one can walk everywhere in downtown. I recommend this place highly.

I was in Seattle for a week and I am
So happy I didn’t settle for a hotel. The place was super clean and the water view made it worth the stay in Seattle. I loved it! Awesome gym and pool too!

I really enjoyed my stay in this condo! The location was exactly what I was looking for, with the Pike Market around the corner and the heart of the downtown and Seattle waterfront within walking distance. You can reach Target without even going outside, which is very convenient if you're intending to cook any meals. The views are exactly as pictured and absolutely stunning! Loved the balcony, was out there even when it was raining since it's fully covered overhead. The condo itself is super comfortable and spacious, and had everything I needed. The building has a nicely equipped gym, which I took advantage of as well. All around, I loved it and would definitely come back!

We couldn’t have picked a better location. Walking distance to everything and being above Target is so convenient. The building is clean and quiet, aside from the noise from outside which is understandable. Facility door staff very friendly and helpful. Only issues where that the bed was very uncomfortable, hard, the bathroom smelled of mildew and the kitchen was very minimally equipped. That said, it is a rental and we would stay again given the location and building in general.

We had a beautiful view of Pike Place, the water, and mountains. It was amazing to watch sunsets on the balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen was great because we could really shop and cook from the market. Everyone in the building was very nice and there is someone at the desk in the lobby at all times. The surrounding atmosphere is as expected for a downtown area, but easy to get to other neighborhoods and attractions. The building is attached to Target which was convenient for any forgotten or essential items. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is ideal if you want to be in the center of downtown Seattle. Less than a block to Pike Public Market, a delicious Chinese bakery called MeeSum and a Target on the first floor of the high rise. Balcony is good size with a metal dining set for four to enjoy the beautiful views of Elliott Bay and the sunsets. Kitchen was not well stocked though.

Great space, location and vibe. The perfect location to explore all of Seattle from Queen Anne to Capital Hill to Downtown not to mention Pike Market is your backyard!
