Great space in a quiet residential area. We were only there for a night on our way through the state, but it was ideal. Easy to find (thanks, yellow door!), super clean, very nice. Highly recommended.

PERFECT in EVERY way! Better than the pictures! The space was CLEAN, comfortable, modern and homey and in a nice neighborhood. Susan and Jeff have created a relaxing space in a location near several tourist spots in Maine. The check in process was easy and the hosts provided great communication with directions and instructions as well as a great book listing tons of tips for the space and area. We had planned to go out in the evening, but we were so delighted with the space, that we stayed in and relaxed. A lot of thought went into the space for guests and you will be delighted, as we were, to notice all the little touches that will make your stay extra special. The bed is very comfortable and the room has air conditioning! We would stay again if in the area and will be recommending this place to anyone we know who will be travelling through.

This was are first VRBO experience and Susan and Jeff made it incredible and memorable for us. Already planning are next stay.

This is a lovely suite, with everything one can think of for their comfort, beautifully designed and really comfortable. The hosts are more than accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this sweet retreat!

What an wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in with the beautiful landscaping and flowers to the incredible interior design and thoughtful touches, we felt so welcome. The bed was so comfortable and the space had everything we needed (even things we didn’t know we needed!). We look forward to coming back.

Susan Jeff are obviously seasoned and experienced hosts. Their impeccable attention to details is amazing! Susan greeted us Briefly and warmly, and then left us to ourselves. The apartment in their home in a newer, upscale development was very clean and spacious. They had left us little gifts each day and a helpful binder with suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. Very quiet neighborhood, but 5-10 minutes away from restaurants and shopping.

Welcoming, clean, all needs provided for. Great place to stay!

This was a lovely private suite with all the amenities I could have hoped for. Everything was sparkling clean and the host paid attention to every little detail, making the stay a truly special one. I would stay here again by myself or with my husband!

It was such a well thought out space! You can tell the hosts put a lot of consideration into making a space that is convenient and welcoming for guests. It’s the first time I stayed in a space shared by the hosts but it was not awkward at all. The hosts take such care with personal touches such as a welcome sign, snacks, and a small gift. We had a very nice chat with Susan and will definitely be recommending the space to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed for two nights during parents weekend and it was the perfect place to rest our heads. Our timing was off and didn’t get to meet the owners but their welcoming presence was felt in every little detail of the stay. Beautiful, clean, modern, large comfy bed, generously sized room with plenty of seating areas, less than ten minutes from campus, the perfect place! Will stay here again and highly recommend. This is by far the best vaction rental we have ever stayed at! This place was sparkling clean and very well furnished with just about everything you could possibly need. I can't say enough about the hosts! I got to meet them and we had a great visit. They made us feel extremely welcome and they were very informative. There is a little binder that has tons of great info about the area and that was a huge help as we had never been there before. The location is great too. Lots of great beach sites not far away. If we ever return we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful accommodation. Wonderful hosts. Suite was clean, decorated with care, roomy, and comfy. Hosts thought of and provided all amenities and as a bonus were lovely people. Located off the beaten path so it is quiet and peaceful, yet within moments we were back in the midst of everything. Will certainly return when we visit again. Susan and Jeff were made for hosting people in their lovely home! They receive their guests with a warm welcome, and their hospitality were above and beyond anything you can imagine! From the welcome sign, the little notes and surprises, the fresh flowers left in the room, the snacks and drinks in the "guest closet", the detailed notebook to help guests with everything you could need or want, to the quiet location and close proximity to everything in the Brunswick area....this is the best place to stop! Super clean, very comfortable king bed, very nice sitting room with library and a bathroom with everything you could need! Susan is one of the most gifted hostesses I've ever met - she goes beyond your expectations in so many nice ways to make you feel welcome! We were in awe of being treated like family in their home! And what a beautiful home they have - wanting to share with you! We absolutely loved the "Guest Suite" and would highly recommend it to others! You will not regret your stay here! We thank you so much Susan and Jeff! You helped make our vacation exceptional!

The appartement was just unbelievable, everything was great. The appartement is on the 1st floor of Susan and Jeffs 21/2 year old house and everything is brandnew. They have thought about everything that makes the stay for their guests perfect, on top these both are so friendly and neat people. So sad that we only stayed one night during our newengland roadtrip.

We spent 2 delightful nights in the most tastefully decorated and comfortable suite. The description on VRBO is spot on. Susan left no detail undone beginning with a welcoming message for us to an array of treats to sustain us and get us moving in the morning, even her personal umbrellas were made available if needed. She certainly gave us our privacy but was pleased to meet us and was so gracious and helpful and so responsive throughout the entire process. A definite must if you are in this area!!

I was honestly a bit hesitant to book in someone’s home. But I was so pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was private and quiet. Clean. Incredibly well equipped and comfortable. More than described in the ad. Would not hesitate to recommend or return

We needed a spot near Brunswick to do some exploring. It was a really nice spot and the host made it easy to check in and check out. It’s lovely because of all the little details and art everywhere. Clean and had anything you needed- from coffee to extra blankets. Would stay again.

Lovely clean and accessible location

We wanted close access to Popham Beach where grandkids would be camping/beaching, and this place fit the bill! Short drive (17 mins) to their camp and then to the beach. And when it rained one day, hosts gave us excellent tips of what to do in the area. We felt very cared for and helped by susan and Jeff!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! Friendly, helpful hosts and comfortable, private, quiet and well-equipped accommodations perfect for 4 days of mid-coast exploration.The location was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Check-in was extremely easy and the space was comfortable, homey, and extremely clean. Our hosts were very friendly and provided info about the area, including nearby restaurants. A very relaxing stay!

Extremely clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. Much more than expected. Cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience.

Property as advertised. Bathroom did not have a/c, but it had an open window and a small fan was available. Great soaps. We enjoyed a bottle of wine in our room before going out to dinner. Coffee pods and snacks supplied by hosts were very good. The bed was comfortable overall but a little too soft for our backs. Lighting was good. Nicely decorated. Small library on landing was extra touch. Driveway has a bit of a slant, so be careful that roller bags don’t tip over when unloading. Would stay again.
