Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the home. This was our second year staying here. Our only complaint is that the outside benches around the picnic table need to be removed. Last year we has several stubbed toes. this year we had a broken toe along with a stubbed toe. This was a complaint last year as well. This is why the 3 stars for property general condition. The inside floor of this property was not as clean as the previous year. Floor was sticky and dirty upon arrival. The bedsheets in one beds hadn't been changed (had been slept in). Lastly the beds in the bunkroom had fireants in them. We found chips, chip/snack bags and snack crumbs under the mattress. I don't think the cleaning crew is doing a thorough job. It's such a beautiful place in a great location. We will definitely rebook and hopefully these issues will have been addressed.

Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very spacious; however, if we had realized it was the FIRST house when you enter the property (therefore the FURTHEST from the river), we would not have stayed there. Also, everyone stubbed their toes on the outside table and my sister broke two toenails on it 😫. It also says there are 6.5 bathrooms, where was the half bath located? We had to call maintenance on Saturday morning because the oven wouldn’t turn on (it was on sabbath mode). I would recommend checking the ovens before guests arrive.
