Location quite hard to find for a visitor to Huddersfield and the parking for the hotel itself wasn't really well signposted.

It was in the perfect location to get into the town on foot. Tucked away enough to be away from all the noise.

The staff helpline was very quick and responsive. Quick and simple information. The hotel was also very quiet.

The room as a whole. I spent £90.00 for a bed that was broken on one side with a stain on the duvet. Shower head was useless. The toilet wouldn't even flush. Defiantly needs some work or lower prices. Don't think I'd stay again the future

The hotel was located in the centre of Huddersfield. I have stayed there several times before, under the previous owners. This time all was clean and very well ordered.

There were no staff on hand to help with questions I had. 1. I needed to leave a case at the hotel and collect it before returning to the railway station. (There was no specific room available to store luggage.) 2. I had expected breakfast to be available in some form on site. I was told I had to travel up into Huddersfield to find breakfast... I had simply assumed it would be available - paid for as an extra, or otherwise. There were text messages which came in asking how all was and these were responded to really well. However, having someone on hand to meet when I arrived to help clarify the above would have saved time and worry.

No reception, had to access hotel and room by Key codes. This should be explained during booking.

Spoke by phone and TOLD politely to email them my change of dates which they asked for, knowing full well they had no intention of replying. Ignored every Booking.com message or email just wanted the free money for my stay. Judge places by how they treat their customers. Whatever they now say, without a second thought their default was to put their fingers in their ears and hope to get some easy money.

Good location from the station, football ground and city centre.

Definitely my go to place for visits in Huddersfield. Seamless Check In, Secure Carparking and best of all a lovely warm bath at the end of a tough winters day! Cosy, spotless and welcoming…we will be booking our next trip soon.
