Wonderful. The house is fantastic

We had a great stay at this property. Everyone had so much fun in the pool and the gym. The property was beautiful and so clean.

My family and I, a group of 27, ranging in age from 1 week old to 68 years old, just spent 5 days in this amazing home for our family reunion. This house is absolutely gorgeous and has just about every amenity you could ever want or need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. It has a ton of dishes and utensils including spill proof cups and plastic dishes for kids. There is an additional fridge/freezer in the garage which is nice with large groups. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate all. The bedding on most beds is just a small thin blanket so if you get cold easily I would suggest you bring a blanket of your own. There also are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms so if you get hot at night you may want to bring a fan or be ok sleeping with a window open. The pool with slide was a huge hit with the kids and they could have spent the entire trip in there. They also loved being able to jump into the hot tub. The gym was so much fun for pickle ball, basket ball and even a great place where we did some group workouts. The commons spaces were great to accommodate our large group to gather and play games or watch a movie. The house is located just a quick 5 minute drive to the state park boat ramp which was convenient for launching our boat and the circle drive made pulling the boat in and out easy. This was everything we wanted for our family trip!

Everything was fantastic. We enjoyed how well-stocked the kitchen was. The property manager was excellent about communication. It was nice that the TVs had screen sharing. The triple bunkbeds in one room were short on headroom and some guests wished there were more bathrooms, but everyone loved it!

With a large family and many different age groups this property and location was perfect. When we weren't doing all of the regular Bear lake activities - the indoor pool, hot tub and pickleball/B-ball court kept all age groups busy and entertained. Worked out great for the exhausted "older" group!

Loved staying at this property it was perfect for our family reunion. everyone had fun!

The indoor swimming pool was an absolute hit with the kids, especially. The gym was great, too. Basketball and volleyball were enjoyed, but the pickleball was a little disappointing because the wood floor deadened the pickleball. All the bedrooms were great, but #5 should only have double bunk queens instead of triple. Too claustrophobic. Kitchen was great. Hot tub was great. Location was great walking distance to town center.

The indoor pool and sports court are amazing! Plenty of room, and top notch amenities. It was especially great to visit in the wintertime, with the snow deep all around.

The property and amenities are incredible! Definitely one of the best homes I’ve stayed in through Vrbo. I hope we can book here in the future!

What a magical Christmas week we had for our 6 children and their families at this homey and welcoming property! From the moment we walked through the door we "oohed and awed" at each well-thought out detail, including the beautifully decorated Christmas tree! This beautiful home is very spacious, immaculate, and the best well-stocked VRBO ever! The amenities were top-quality, far exceeding our expectations, which were lofty given the online description and rave reviews. And the kitchen... WOW! It is thoroughly and abundantly equipped (all we had to bring from home was an air fryer :). We were thrilled to have 2 washers/dryers, 2 dishwashers, 2 pack-n-plays, a highchair, and even kids plastic dinnerware! With our large family and 13 kids under age 11, we had all the conveniences we needed, plus more! This home is the complete package with perfect wintertime entertainment---no need to even leave the house thanks to the awesome pool, hot tub, and gym, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all 26 of us! Highlights were definitely playing in the pool, outdoor hot tubbing in the snowfall, and pickle-ball! It was a blast!! During our stay, the host was prompt and helpful in answering our questions. At any given time you could hear family members saying, "this place rocks", "it's THE best", and "let's come back"! 10 stars! Thank you, host and owner...it was perfect!

This home is brilliant! Plenty of space, fun amenities, and even with concrete floors, it has a very comfortable vibe.

The place was clean. Brand new home. Everyone enjoyed the activities from the indoor heated pool to the volleyball/basketball court. Great place. Would book again!

Perfect space for family together time and enough space to spread out for some down time. We loved the pool and sports court and short walk to the lake. The owners were wonderful to work with! We loved this rental!!

This is a phenomenal property! We loved our stay from the serene Fall colors on the mountain we could view from the swimming pool and back yard to the easy walk to the park and beach. The kitchen was ultra functional, and when it was too cool to play outside we played in the gym. The property was clean, spacious and welcoming while being in the heart of Garden City. We literally could not have asked for more. Thank you!

I am hesitant to leave a glowing review because I don't want the rest of the world to know what a gem this place is!!. So roomy, modern and clean. We didn't have any issues with any of the amenities (I say this because we always do at the other places we have stayed for the last 15 years since we started this family tradition). We happened to be there on the most spectacular weekend of the whole year for the changing leaves but even without that it is a beautiful location. Will be staying there again.

There's so much to do at the cabin. We were entertained the whole time we were there. Very clean property and great communication.

I’ve never had a host like this where everything that was essential was overstocked! It was amazing not having to worry about bringing all the little Knick knacks because they had it all and more! Their place allowed our family of 20+ come in and enjoy every aspect of it including the private swimming pool and gym! Not a lot of places in Bear Lake have these type of facilities where it’s not shared with others. This is a true gem! The decor was well done if you like modern designs. Ample space everywhere including the bunk rooms. Our grandkids loved it so much and didn’t want to leave. Definitely will book again!

Our family loved this property for our family reunion. PROS: The pool and indoor basketball court were obvious bonuses. The kids spent hours upon hours in the pool and playing games on the court. There was plenty of room for our party of 30+ to sleep and plenty of spaces for us to gather. The location was wonderful and even had a lovely walk right down to a beautiful beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable and clean. Everything was very clean and organized. I loved that they provided shampoo and conditioner. CONS: The house is modern by design and therefore, very echoey. It got very loud! Even at night when the kids went to bed and the adults wanted to stay up to play games, watch a movie or just chat, it was just way too loud. There really needs to be a door in front of the stairs that go up to the loft so they can escape the noise. And maybe also a door that leads to the master and two king rooms so they can also escape the noise. It really is THAT LOUD with a large group of people. There were no bath mats in any of the bathrooms and the floors are all concrete, so that was unpleasant. More rugs in general throughout the house would be good. More in the kitchen, hallways, and especially leading to and from the pool would be nice. The sink in the island didn’t work at all. As that’s where you prepare food it would have been nice to have it functional.

We had a wonderful experience at this home! So much room for everyone. We had 32 family members attend our family reunion. Beds and bathrooms for our whole group. Fun things to do, pool, sports court and backyard were amazing! The kids never wanted to leave. The kitchen was so great it had all that we needed for cooking etc. We loved it all! This property is brand new and a complete gem! We have stayed at many Bear Lake/Fish Haven properties and this one tops the list! The modern decor is inviting and relaxing. The pool was ideal for keeping kids active and entertained. The sports court/basketball court was a fun perk for the teens in our group, though their favorite property feature may have been the luxury matching robes! Our teens wore these every night like they were living a luxe life! The kitchen is by far the most well-stocked kitchen we have ever found at a vacation rental. It is filled with high-end tools and appliances. The knives are sharp and what we use at home. A Ninja blender, 2 pancake griddles, an Instapot, crockpot. Quality pans, large bowls, multiple pizza cutters...I could go on and on, but all you need to know is that this is not your average Ikea stock! Every detail is thought out and convenient! Rules are written and framed on the walls and in the bedrooms - I appreciated this because it allowed our group to be on the same page without me having to monitor everyone constantly. Double washers and dryers and the laundry is stocked with soap, Tide pens, bandaids, and more! The bedding is nice and honors the luxury theme! Pillow options, soft blankets, a perfect comforter. My daughter and I may have fought over the Saranoni blanket in my room. Ha! I also loved that the rooms had open "closets." It just helps everything feel clean and open but we still had space to store our belongings. We were the first guests to stay at this home and I'm not sure the owners have adequately described their beautiful property. The little touches add up to a completely delightful experience. The property layout is great and allowed for teens to be in the loft and not bother sleeping babies downstairs. Our one issue is the same one we find at most rentals - a second fridge would be amazing. :) We resolved this concern by still using a couple of coolers that we left in the garage. I would also suggest bringing fans if you like extra airflow at night. You can walk to the beach, go get a shake, or just stay at the property if you want to stay put. We would definitely stay at this home again!
