Pros: -The pool was beautiful and temperature was great. -The kitchen was stocked with gadgets that make it easy to travel to when you can’t take any with you. -Plenty of towels which was super helpful. -The house set up was beautiful. -Water pressure was great! Cons: -The pool gate lock was not working which made us a little nervous with our five year old, but we just had to watch extra closely. -The plungers do not fit the toilet, as the one toilet clogged rather easily. -The dryer takes a long time to dry, but it does work.

Beautiful house and pool, comfortable beds. Ice maker broken upon arrival, homeowner was aware and provided a portable one that took a lot of babysitting. Then the freezer broke and everything melted creating a mess to clean up. Then the AC broke in the night and our only Saturday Was spent inside an 88 degree house waiting for the repair men. A spare fridge freezer Combe was delivered and hooked up in the living room. We were contacted a few days later and asked to stay at the house From 12-5 for the homeowners new refrigerator to be delivered, which we declined as not to lose another day of our vacation. The only compensation we were offered was reimbursement for the melted ice cream, which I declined. House itself was great but all of the headaches were not.

The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well appointed. Our grandchildren were in the pool every chance they got. Fishing and other recreational options were close by. The Vacasa management and staff were amazing. Definitely would stay in this house again next time in the Largo St. Pete area.

The property is decent, it is clearly a rental not someone’s home for rent. Pro/con list Pros….. *Equidistant to Clearwater and St Pete beaches *Easy drive to IRB and Madeira beaches *Close proximity to many activities, groceries, pharmacies, parks, restaurants and mall type shopping. *House layout is nice. *We enjoyed the pool very much. *The child safety fence was fantastic And easily removable *Fully fenced in back yard was great for our dogs! *Neighborhood was great to walk! *I appreciated being able to park in the garage. Cons…. *Pool needed vacuuming but the water quality was nice. *Limited Flatware, serving utensils and dishes. *Patio was very dirty. *Outdoor seating is very stained and needs New cushions *The front windows needed cleaning *The back yard was decent for the dogs but needs yard maintenance and improvement. *Knowing when the lawn maintenance was coming to mow the weeds would have been helpful. *The bedding was Poor quality and needed a quality mattress pad. *The bath towel quality wasn’t the best but they were fine for the visit. *The garbage disposal backed up twice on us so we stopped using it. *Cleaning supplies for long stay guests would be nice. *The shower in the primary bathroom needs and explanation for operation. *Notifying the renter that workers will be coming….I did not like someone knocking on the door. I didn’t answer it because I knew I was not expecting anyone. They were on the roof *Property Book

We stayed for two months and found it to be comfortable and spacious, clean and modern, tastefully furnished, and located in a quiet upscale neighborhood with easy access to multiple beaches, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful screened-in lanai and heated pool was perfect for entertaining and watching the sunsets. Shady fenced-in yard was great for our dog and made it very private. Easy access to major roads made quick commutes to St Pete/Clearwater airport, and Clearwater, St Petersburg, and Tampa downtowns. The management company, Vacasa, was super responsive to our questions and requests. Everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous. We also appreciated that the owner called us personally to ensure we were happy with everything. We are looking forward to going back in 2024.

Very nice vacation location to beach and shopping. Loved the size of the rooms and the pool.

The home offers everything you need, although I would recommend having an iron available. The house was cleaned on time, and the location was great. If I happen to be vacationing in this area, I would definitely stay here again.
