Kitchen and the chefs were fabulous.

Average hospitality. Poor rooms. Nothing great. Felt like your typical 3.5 star hotel at double the price. All activities were chargeable! And the bar (was playing an india match). All tables were reserved for god knows who. And house guests were shooed away bluntly. No welcome on check in to our family. They were just careless and inconsistent.

Service was the absolute worst! The staff tried to downgrade our rooms multiple times, even though we had booked and confirmed way in advance. The restaurants were so chaotic, they forgot to put in our order multiple times. Food was average. Rooms weren't cleaned properly, there were old items under couches in rooms, even after complaining, it did not get cleaned. Horrible drain stench on multiple floors. 2 tissue papers in the room (literally 2 pieces of tissue) Chef de cuisine Mr Sandeep (in club area - club access room costs extra) was so rude - asked me to speak to waiters re food on display where he was standing. All we asked was about the spice on French fries. No coordination among check in staff (again tried to downgrade after telling another staff member, and after confirming on phone 1 day before) Hotel needs complete management overhaul.

Location, food, room amenities were fine

We booked the hotel for infinity pool area .. butWe were not able to access pool area in evening as family event was going on That was disappointing Atleast we should be informed for that so that we can make decision’s accordingly

Everything was exceptional. Restaurant staff (Sunil, Sonja and Aman), in particular, were extremely friendly and went out of the way to specially handle our kid‘s request. Will definitely visit again in Summer.

The food was exceptional, the spread and cocktail hours at the club were top notch. The staff especially Ms Anmol was very helpful and welcoming. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the forested hills in front.

We were given a balcony room on the first floor(We watched the proceedings of a wedding from our balcony and the rooftop bar, the moment was enjoyed, but a little loud) and the floor was indeed kept as separate as possible. So you may want to inquire about that.
