Highly recommended. Clean and quiet room with reliable WiFi, fridge, ketlle and a toaster. Balcony has a superb sea view. Excellent value when compared with other hotels in the local hotel area. Great communication with host. Bus stop outside the hotel to get you to George Town or Airport. Close to two nightmarkets too

Nothing to dislike.

The position is good and close to most places in Tanjung Bungah. It’s nice to come and go as you please. The staff who interact through WhatsApp made things easy and went out their way to get us an early check in.

The entire Rainbow Paradise complex is getting very dated. The room had a kettle and toaster. It would have been nice to know before hand that we even needed our own tea and coffee. The self catering side was very poor and let the place down.

The caretaker Ali was really helpful. Room facilities was ok, sea view rooms, adjacent to the beach, nearby food options.

Couple of reasons we didn’t like the property: 1. Its a private property, not a hotel/resort which was not mentioned before we rent it. Only after payment and on the day of arrival, the owner informed us via WhatsApp message and shared caretaker’s number. The owner also asked us not to go the reception as it as hotel reception. This was really confusing. Later we got to know that there are 200+ owners and the hotel is managed by different owners. 2. The passage was dirty and smelly. The first impression before entering the room was “WTF” and we have been cheated. 3. They take RM 300 as security deposit and you have to pay it by cash. They returned it after checkout.

The person in charge is responsive and quite fast. Unit itself is clean but can be better.

Room common corridors when we came out from the lift is need to be upgraded as the carpet is dirty, old and smelly. There is a mouldy smell and the lighting is too dim.

Parking charges are charged subsequently everytime u get the car out eventhough u have paid for one day parking.
