Central location in SBMA; easy to find; near shops and hospital; easy check-in. Got it at the last minute for my family to stay at overnight after hospital appointment.

clean, compact, well located, easy check in and very good staff assisting us - the owner is extremely responsive. AC, TV, fridge, wifi and all equipments working very well.

Location was very good. Easy to check-in. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Size was just right for our family and there were enough storage areas for everything.
Internet was spotty and the construction noise from the neighbors was quite loud during the daytime

Place is clean and basic stuff you need are complete. AC really fills the room. Becoming our home away from home when in Subic.

a condominium type of room wherein you can cook 🍚 rice and reheat your food...spacious as well.. nice place to stay.. near at Ayala Mall and other nearby restaurants.
it would be terrific if the floor has tiles.. to make it cozy and very clean.

Very accessible to convenience store (just below the establishment). Fast WIFI at 247Mbps! Very modern minimalist type of unit. Free parking. A few restaurants in the establishment (korean) .
No cookware. Only microwave was available. I was hoping to make dinner on the first night.

The place felt like home. The kitchen and the dining area made our stay extra comfortable and convenient since I needed to wash my baby's milk bottles and feed my kids, reducing the risk of COVID19 exposure. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile.
It was a little hard to bathe my baby in the bathroom since it was a bit small. And maybe you could add a rack and hangers where guests could dry wet towels and clothes. And I think it would be more sanitary to keep kitchen utensils inside one of the kitchen cabinets. Also, maybe you could add a small console table for gadgets, bags, car keys, etc.

It has a great location and the comforts of home. It is located very near all the places of interest in subic- near the beachers and a walk a way from the nearest mall.
