Very spacious and luxurious home if regular maintenance performed. Serious need of outdoor up keep to enjoy full benefits of the home.

The stove top which is a major appliance was broken and unusable. It sits in the center of the island and was taped up with a black garbage bag. It was a huge eye sore and prevented us from the use of the island and seated area during our 6 day stay. We were told that it was on back order and would only be fixed in November. Something they should advise guests prior to arrival. The outdoor motion detector by the sun room was broken when we arrived. It flashed all during the day and at night it became a flashing strobe light made it impossible to sit in the sun room let alone outdoors to use the pool. This issue was reported on the very first evening, and all communication with the host service to get this resolved was met with canned responses saying the property manager has been contacted. Safe to say this did NOT get addressed during our entire 6 day stay. No communication was received from the host service or a property manager on the subject. On the fourth night, we purchased black tape and covered it up. Salt and pepper, dish soap and extra rolls of toilet paper was not supplied. We had to purchase them and left them at the property for the convenience of the next guest.
