The property is very well kept.

This is my 3rd stay in less than a year and a half. It would be nice to get some comp days for being a loyal customer.

We had 4 people in the room and were only given one parking pass. Additional guests had to pay $40 per day for parking. That was almost $400. Very excessive. Did not see that on the website.

Magnifique endroit directement au bord de la mer. Spacieux et super propre. Avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un beau séjour. Immense balcon avec vue sur l'océan. Salle de jeux et gym avec une vue à couper le souffle! Personnel ultra sympathique. Resto et bar près de la superbe piscine. Ma famille et moi avons adoré y séjourner !

We checked in extremely late after traveling long distance. We immediately discovered a foul odor throughout all drains from Kitchen to Bathroom. Additionally, we could not get the TVs to operate and later we noticed an external security camera was pointing directly at our building room. We informed the front desk, but they had no other rooms available to move us to. We checked out immediately on 01062024 morning. The front desk said we had to dispute the charges with Booking.com since we booked through them. On 02/02/24 I sent a chat through Booking.com website, whom responded with an apology message, but no refund.

OMGeeee!! It was my birthday...and when I got to The Max they had given me a handicap accessible room. It was great but everything was too low, as me and my hunni are over 6ft tall. It was immediately handled and they upgraded me to a 2bd and ya'llll...the view was EVERYTHING!! Btw, did I mention they gave me cake and a bottle of Prosecco? Man, the staff was amazing, the bar had strong drinks, the gameroom was fun...and the view...I cant explain to you how awesome it was. I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!

Piękny i czysty apartament na 8. piętrze, dwie sypialnie z widokiem na ocean + ogromny taras. Byliśmy zachwyceni! Jedna z najlepszych opcji do nocowania na Florydzie ! Jeśli wrócimy to na pewno tam!

There was nothing that I would have changed. The walls in the room were a bit antiseptic and could have used a few more pictures and I wondered why the smaller beds?

Amazing place!

Max Resort exceeded my expectations. Everyone (and I mean everyone!) was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was spotlessly clean. Fantastic location. We loved the rooftop terraces, especially the sunset terrace. Would definitely stay here again!

We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor, facing the main road and way so noisy that we couldn’t sleep. Not good value for the price

Everything! My wife said not to leave a great review, or it wouldn't be available when we wanted to go ;-) It's beautiful! It's new! It has a great kitchen! It has a great recreation room! The room had a great view! All the provided items are fairly high end. Nice dishes, pans, knives, etc. decor is very much our style. I didn't even get to the staff, best I've ever seen! This is a no brainer! Not sure if I have ever stayed in a nicer place.

If you have to dig really deep to find a criticism, the way the shower pan was poured is an issue. In our room, the water was pretty much uncontrolled and made a huge puddle on the floor. Otherwise it is the best!

So und nicht anders! Urlaub in einem perfekten Appartement, das kann man sich nicht schöner vorstellen.

This place is beautiful! The rooms are huge and the balconies are breathtaking! I love the full kitchen with dishes. We were able to cook meals instead of going out. We didn’t try the restaurant or bar but the pool and hot tub was really nice.

There was a little wasp problem on our patio in the morning and afternoons so we couldn’t use it but it wasn’t a game changer. We just kept the doors closed until night.

„Just wow!“ - und das ist wirklich nicht übertrieben! Wir haben drei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht, wollten uns zum Abschluss unseres Florida-Urlaubes etwas ganz besonderes gönnen – die Fotos und wirklich guten Bewertungen hatten uns im Vorfeld neugierig gemacht. Um es kurz zu fassen: als wir das Apartment, im elften Stock gelegen, mit Meer- und Stadtblick versehen, betraten, standen meiner Tochter vor Freude die Tränen in den Augen. Der Ausblick ist phänomenal, anders kann man ihn nicht bezeichnen. Eine riesige, überdachte Terrasse – der Begriff Balkon wird dem einfach nicht gerecht – lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Apartment, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und jeweils angrenzendem Bad, einem kombinierten Wohn– und Essbereich und sehr hochwertigen Küchen- und Elektrogeräten ausgestattet, überzeugt: alles ist penibel sauber, sehr gepflegt, technisch und qualitativ auf höchsten Niveau und Level. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage fast lautlos – und viele kleine Details, wie Tee–/Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Nettigkeit der Dame an der Rezeption, welche ihren ersten Tag dort verbrachte, war nicht gespielt, sondern sie war tatsächlich sehr herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine kleine, technische Panne, die wir verursacht hatten, wurde umgehend und anstandslos beseitigt. Von der Dachterrasse genießt man einen phänomenalen Ausblick in alle Richtungen, die Umgebung ist nahezu unverbaut, Restaurant, Bar und Pool runden das Wohlfühl -Ensemble ab. Falls es uns noch einmal in den Urlaub nach Florida verschlägt: eines wissen wir ganz gewiss – am „Max“ geht kein Weg vorbei. Es mag nach Superlativen klingen – aber genauso ist es auch gemeint: Sechs von fünf Sternen.

Wir wären gerne länger geblieben 😁.
