The location of the property was absolutely perfect.

When arrived, I was disappointed the property looked tired. A spruce up would have certainly been helpful. The apartment was small, bathroom and kitchen would not have been adequate if our family didn’t cancel

Nothing - we only stayed 1 hour.

Very 'tired' accommodation. There was nowhere really for my disabled partner to park/maneuver. We put round the back, at the side by the bins. No choice to park other than across the road which had a parking meter at 80p per hour (x7 days). We pumped that meter full of coins - but left after an hour. My wife felt ill and we got out of that dump as soon as we could.. Reported, but no refund, very authoritarian, unsympathetic woman from the Booking.com office. Over £1,000 lost!

Location was good for us. Near our family for Christmas.

Good photos on the website but the reality was tired and disappointing. The bathroom didn't feel deeply clean and the loo hadn't been flushed when we arrived (so it can't have been cleaned). We placed our family Chritmas presents in a corner of the sitting room when we arrived. On Christmas day we found that water had seeped through the wrappings and into the gifts (a book for example). On further exploration we found that the sitting room windows had leaked and the carpat was damp across the length of the room. We would have welcomed some sort of written instructions for the equipment. We spent the first evening wrapped in blankets because we couldn't make the heating work.

Bognor is lacking in restaurants and pubs although we found some unexpectedly decent ones. Navigator cafe restaurant bar. Star and garter pub.
