It's a cute place and right on the main road in and out of Banner elk.

I would have given this place higher than a 7 if the sliding doors (and bedroom) had screens because there is no a/c so I needed to open the windows (or doors) to get some air. The bedroom had a screen but it was broken so I called many times for maintenence to come fix it but because it was the 4th of July week, no one came in the 4 days I was there. I ended up buying duct tape to tape up the screen so I could open the window. All in all it's a decent condo but again, no a/c and it gets very warm inside. Also, it can be noisy with people in and out of the attached unit.

location. the upstairs bathroom and bedroom where nice.

we could not make a good cup of coffee. the coffee pot was not compatible with the coffee maker. the “pour over” coffee pot was broken glass.

drab interior. Could use refreshing. Great price and we could take our dog.

Love the peaceful quiet cleanliness supplies kitchen items bathroom toiletries hopefully we can stay there again

Maybe something for the door window would be my only complaint

The fireplace, hot water, the back yard,and the view of sugar mountain was about the best part of this place.

Couldn't cook, the pots,and pans were horrible. One had what looked like a kid put his painted hand print on the bottom. The washer machine leaks, the bed is very uncomfortable. The place definitely needs a full remodel.

great location. loved having kitchen and especially the washer and dryer. fireplace very nice. thoughtfully placed laundry detergent,shampoo, soap and dish towels. also liked the outdoor space. thank you!!

pull out couch had crumbs and urine stain on mattress cover. no working coffee pot. neighbors always present and appeared to be watching us. one attempted to come into our apartment at 1130 one night. also alot of banging next door late at night which startled us frequently. neighbors also left trashbags on deck plus clutter on their balconies distracts from loveliness of 30a

This was the cleanest place that I've ever stayed, close to everything, parking was perfect, the unit had absolutely everything that one might need, we'll be back for sure!

No dislikes, I would recommend putting up a 30A sign that's easy to see when arriving at night, and maybe label the parking spots. We had a great stay!!
