Excelente localização. Proprietária muito acessível e simpática. Apartamento possui todos equipamentos elétricos necessários para se morar. Perto de tudo, restaurantes, igrejas, tram, praça, comércio. Prédio silencioso apesar de ficar em frente a uma avenida. Varanda enorme! Amei!

A divisória do chuveiro do banheiro de casal está com vazamento. Não gosto de banheiras.

The apartment is extremely well located with the tram and lots of restaurants and shops around. The apartment is very large , well equipped and feel homely. Katerina was very nice and welcoming!

Location is super, nice neighborhood and very close to nice Nea Smyrni square with lot of restaurants, bakeries etc. where you can start your Athens time (or finish it). The apartment is really big and you have all the comfort that you need there.

Beware that there is a night club right next to the building and right at the main road - and they are clubbing to the late hours. If you want to have a good sleep, take your earplugs with you.

location was great. customer service by Katerina was above & beyond expectations.

We loved the convenience of the place, that everything is nearby and theres no view being blocked when we look outside the window/terrace.
