Schöne Lage. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und freundliche Gastgeber. Großes, sehr sauberes Zimmer.
Den Schrank kann man leider nicht wirklich verwenden. Da dieser wohl nie genutzt wird (und das Wetter ziemlich feucht und heiß ist) hatte dieser einen modrigen Geruch beim Öffnen. Man kommt aber sehr gut ohne klar, weil das Zimmer ausreichend geräumig ist.

very nice staff, and generally sweet and helpfull people around you. They have everything you need in the same building - hotel, laundry, scooter rental, supermarket and a restaurant as a neighbor (with nice local dishes). The area is very quiet, but just 50 meters down the road you have a beautiful sunset over the beach every night. We felt very much at home at mahaad guesthouse.

Location is great and the staff was friendly.
Room was really dirty. I don't think it was cleaned after the previous guest because there were facial hair in the sink (from shaving). The staff reacted quickly and cleaned when we asked them to.

The wonderful lady helped us with a lot of good tips regarding koh phangan. The stay was comfortable, I did not have any complaints on the property it self.
location isn’t the best, but if you rent a motorbike it’s great!

This is my sort of place, a clean, well located, chilled budget hotel. No frills but all I need and a bit more. Rooms are a good size, adequately furnished and include a fridge. Pen is a very good host, quietly in the background until you want something or some information then she's there, with a smile, always calm, ready to help. Can't say enough about the snorkeling off the beach just down the road, incredible and beautiful are the 2 words first to mind . . . . or just WOW!!! Yeah, I enjoyed my stay here

The hotel is great. Very clean and comfortable. 100m to the beach. 20m to family mart. Restaurants nearby are great, food is very delicious and people are friendly. Next time I'll go there again.

very clean, good location, nice staff. We checked in 2 hours earlier then usual - it was very good for me with baby
We lived in 2 rooms and both had problems with aircons, worked not very good. Maybe we were not lucky. Also they have room cleaning every 3 days after check in. And there was no place for soap in shower.

Service was excellent. We stayed for two days and the rooms were convenient and clean. A stone's throw from the beach and a few really nice restaurants. Wifi was excellent. You have virtually everything your need for nice few days at the beach. Highly recommend!
