Gated parking, convenience of bathroom with shower in the ladies dorm. It feels safe for solo female traveler bc of how they separate the rooms.
Not enough outlets for everyone to charge devices in bedroom. Everything kind of dirty, esp the bathroom and kitchen. They dont give out the parking gate code so if you get there late you have to figure it out and hope someone inside knows the code. Or just get in the house and go around back to hit the button. There is no enforcement of quiet hours so if you’re on a schedule be prepared for noise and loud voices late into the night.

Staff, ubicacion a una cuadra del metro. Ordenado!
La casa tiene algunas cosas que dan miedo o da a creepy asf. Una muñeca a lo Anabelle sentada en el comedor, luces raras. Da a tétrico. Por momentos a la noche caminar por la casa daba miedo, sumado a eso podes encontrarte con algún otro guest que no te genere mucha confianza. Así y todo mi estancia fue buena! Y no me falto nada.

Very friendly host, great guests, free potable water, American-style livingroom with big TV and free* morning yoga classes (*donation-based). Close to Marta/metro station
Can take a while to get to attractions in the city. No shelf-space above bed to put phone or glasses, limited tourist information given upon arrival (but talk to other guests, they can give you a lot of info))

I had a very pleasant stay. Chill vibes, clean apartment and friendly hosts. close to the Metro Station, so it’s well connected to the airport and city.

Very cosy and friendly. Very quiet neighborhood with a MARTA station very close by.
The quiet neighborhood should be kept in mind as there are basically no supermarkets around and just a few places to eat.

Clean, quiet, great staff and other visitors during my stay were eclectic, friendly and fun to visit.
The notices I received had duplicate instructions with the repetition having a different door code than the first first set of instructions. Not a problem, but a bit confusing.

Super friendly people staying there. Friendly staff. It’s a Very effectively run Hostel! The Bunk beds were much comfier than I had imagined them to be! Everyone obeys the rules and hence everyone could sleep really well!

The House was nice
My room smelt weed and someone was smoking weed there
Didn't receive checkin info and was trying to contact the owner. He didnt pick up the calls and didnt reply to my messages. He did reply but two days later. Finally after trying to ring the bell for like 15-20 mins. Sebastian opened the door.
The pipes froze and the heater wasn't on.
I had to leave really early and go to a starbucks to use the washroom.
I had to request them to switch on the heater. It was freezing cold. Its the day of Christmas. The switched on the heater and then switched it off at night.
Blankets given werent thick enough according to the cold.

Nice staff. Walking distance to the subway station. Coffee and tea available.
The lower bunk bed was almost on the floor. Suitable for kids but not for adults. Very uncomfortable. And next to the bed near the wall was left-over snack packages with a line of ants crawling. It appeared that the place had not been cleaned for a while. The water was lukewarm when I took the shower at around 9am.

Good value for money, parking, quiet neighborhood, confy bed, nice house.
It didn't bother me cuz I arrived late and left early... but the girl in chage didn't even show me where the restroom was or if I could do laundry...

I loved that it was at the very least an idea of a farm, and had the workings of a farm, abs definitely that it was an urban farm! I loved the qualitive for the quantity (value for the money) and the location not only to metropolitan Atlanta but also walking distance in a relatively safer neighborhood to groceries & convenient- stores.
I didn't like my top bunk bed as I'm 6'3" 300 pounds, but that's just me!
