Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war super lecker. Es ist alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt einen Smart TV. Es liegt super Zentral.
Wenn man groß ist mein Mann ist 1,90 m ist die Regendusche im Badezimmer etwas niedrig. Da war nicht wirklich Luft dazwischen.

The Lady at the Reception was super friendly! The Hotel is new and super clean. My bed was absolutely comfortable! The location is also pretty good and it is walking distance from the downtown area. I was earlier enough there and was able to get a spot at the private parking of the hotel! All in all it is a very comfortable, welcoming and cozy hotel!
In my Room I had a Whirlpool Bathtub which was super cool but unfortunately there was no place to hang high enough the shower head- so taking a shower in the morning was a bit uncomfortable. Other then that the water pressure is amazing!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and vibrate and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed for such a good price. the lizard tank was also a favourite for us as well and the staff were lovely

Lady at desk super helpful. Easy ingress/egress. easy food delivery, nice big TV, nice room. The hotel was in a well-kept condition and the room was in god state.

The bed was pretty comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful. the room was very clean. All in all I'm very happy that had spent the night there.
I hope that the facility build a gym area too.

Gentleman at the reception was very helpful and flexible. My colleague and I arrived at the hotel 30mins. earlier than check-in time and he was flexible enough to check us in earlier.

The staff was excellent and very kind, especially guy on the reception, unfortunately I don’t remember his name but he was very helpful and did the excellent job!
Next time we are in Reutlingen we will definitely come back to this hotel only:)

The location and fasilities are all very good, service with warm welcome at your required. The pets are welcomed here for free. the room is clean with mini bar for multiple drinks, bathroom equipt with all the needs.
the price for the parking and breakfast is a bit high but acceptable

no lighting in tv area or by chair. The area was useful to get organized but without lighting it was difficult at night

The church bells ringing for quite some time at 6am are challenging, doesn't matter if it's weekdays or weekend.
