L’intero hotel è impeccabile, una struttura veramente accogliente e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ad accogliere ogni esigenza del cliente. La receptionist Amina, oltre ad avermi accolto in diverse lingue, ha accolto ogni mia richiesta con gentilezza e disponibilità. La parte migliore della struttura è la Spa. Nulla da dire, all’ingresso c’è la responsabile gentilissima che vi accoglie con tutto il necessario ed è attenta alle esigenze di ogni cliente. Ti prepara un’ottima sauna con oli essenziali, per non parlare dell’hammam e dei massaggi, non potete non provarla. Hotel con posizione tranquilla e ottima e soprattutto personale qualificato e disponibile a non farti mancare nulla. Ho prolungato il mio soggiorno ed è diventato il mio hotel di Casablanca.

Un grand merci à madame IMANE De plus, la propreté et l'entretien des installations étaient impeccables. J'ai apprécié le souci du détail et l'effort évident mis en place pour offrir un environnement confortable. Enfin, l'emplacement de votre établissement s'est avéré très pratique, facilitant mes déplacements je n'hésiterai pas à recommander votre établissement à mes proches. Super accueil, les omelettes sont magnifiques au petit déjeuner !!!

Rien nous n avons annulé à notre arrivé car impossible d accéder à l établissement avec la voiture à cause des travaux il fallait marcher à pied dans la boue avec les bagages et laisser le véhicule dans la rue où il étais impossible de stationner et non fréquentable.

Quand nous avons téléphoné pour expliquer le problème l hôtel n a rien mis en place ou même prévu ou prévenu ses futures clients du problème du au travaux qui n était pas nouveau vue l état de la rue pleine de boue sans trottoirs avec trois enfant en bas âge impossible

La proprete la gentillesse du personnel et le confort de la chambre

En general este hotel me ha decepcionado mucho excepto el personal lo demás estaba en nefastas condiciones. .La habitación llena de hormigas . .El parking ( bajo reserva ) y (lo de privado inexistente, aparcas en una calle donde circulan coches a diario) tienes que esperar que salgan otros clientes para aparcar tu . .Tanto El hotel como los alrededores están en obras por lo que todo está patas arriba . .La cafetería cerrada y llena de polvo . .El desayuno escaso sin apenas nada para su precio lo mejor es desayunar fuera . . Las habitaciones sin hacer a las (14:00 )por lo que al volver después de comer hemos tenido que volver a salir a la calle y esperar que las hagan . . la terraza de la habitación sucia y llena de polvo, el suelo sin barrer .

The room was big. The bathroom was very nice and the location was decent. I had a nice balcony where I could relax. The staff was very nice.

There were cockroaches near the pool and the lockeroom. After going on my 3rd sauna trip, I was informed that only the first one was free and the rest had to be paid. This wasn't shared at the reception

L'emplacement c'était très. bien, 30minutes a pied a la mosquée Hassan II, 15 minutes des jardins et du centre. L'ambience familial + la gentillesse de Amina, Mehdi, le portier, les dames de Chambres les dames du spa et le directeur. Merci pour votre accueil. Le petit déjeuner on peut demander des oeufs ou plats, si envie.

Manque d'un bar pour acheter des boissons. (bientôt ouvert ) le petit frigo vide.

Belle hôtel, les chambres sont vraiment belles, le petit déjeuner est bon.

La piscine est un peu froide, l’hôtel ce situe assez loin du centre, le sauna hammam n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre d’hôtel.

La chambre était spacieuse et très alaise

nous avons pas eu de chance sur la saison , la rue de l’hôtel était en travaux donc nous étions réveillé constamment à 7h30

Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien aérées et décorées. J'ai aimé la qualité de service de cet hôtel, on se sent comme chez soit et on est toujours au petit soin !

The receptionist were beyond helpful. Especially Amina who helped with everything from printing train tickets to daily questions about the area

In the first place they made us paying more than agreed with booking. Our room was not done one day till 6pm and it took them 2 hours to bring new towels when we ask them. They were no toilet paper nor soap in the toilets downstairs...overall not a good service for a 4 star hotel. Every time we requested something to the staff, they did not deliver or deliver very poorly.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful

Best experience ever. Excellent customer service. Amina was amazing. She took care of us. She was very professional and helpful. Also, the staff in the restaurant for our breakfast was amazing. Iam very satisfied.

I have arrived late at night and the hotel didn’t room service. when I asked if I could get some takeaway the security offer to get me some food but over charged me. He took advantage of the situation.

Definitely a spacious room, the tv had Netflix etc, small balcony spot, great ac, and near everything you can think of. We walked everywhere

Pool didn't look the best we didn't go in. Hotel looks run down, lobby reeks of cigarettes

Just the location

First off they couldn’t find my booking than they charged me an extra day even though I was approved for early check in, but since the Wi-Fi sucks I couldn’t pull up the messages that I had for early check in, than there was ants in my room and the shower didn’t drain the first two days and there was a poop stain on the sheets

the staff ( specially the restaurant girl Houda) ., the location ( for work purposes) .

i would of rate more but i rated less because of the bagage guy called Alaa who tried to hassle us by trying to get paid for vip parking ( as he said ) . and instead of taking care of the bagage he focused on hassling people with the story of vip parking to pay ( Ps: the hotel doesn’t have any parking)
