The location was convenient.
The security bar has been cut off the door and was not fixed until went to front desk to asked for new room. Room has an odd smell.
Refrigerator did not work, toilet was dirty inside and out, floors were dirty.

The room smelled of cigarettes and it was supposed to be a non smoking room, the heater/ac unit was rusted and moldy. The sheets were stained, the door was warped and cold air and light came in the room

There were roaches everywhere in 206. I couldn’t even get comfortable to stay. The water didn’t get hot. I asked for a refund and was denied. I moved downstairs. It was a little better but I was still so paranoid from all of the roaches that I couldn’t sleep. I end up leaving about 1 am because I had to get up early and couldn’t lay there all night. Waste of $60

checkin time is a lie…..customer service suck room had roaches tv did not work workers was rude bathtub knob was broken so we couldn’t turn the water on to shower cover on bed had burn holes in them

The room smelled like vomit and bug spray. No clock, no lamps, no coffee maker, no kleenexes. Cockroaches, broken toilet, filthy. No locks on the door.

1st. I requested 2 Q beds. There was 1 king and a really broke in couch. 2nd. I swear there was drug baggies and what I believe was stripper glitter on and around the couch. The bed did not smell like the sheets were fresh. I booked a smoking room. We got placed in a non smoking room. When I notified front desk, the man simply said 'oh that's OK. Go ahead and smoke.'

No breakfast but didn’t matter. They gave away the non smoking room we had reserved on Booking.com. Didn’t have a room for us and turned us away at midnight.

Need some good repairs and hair dryer in room and refrigerator that work properly and sprayed for bug
