Overall the house has potential. The flaws were to hard to over look. The previous tenants before us did not leave at the right check out time. They trashed the place which lead us to not be able to get in until 6. Once inside we found dirty countertops and floors. Also roaches were seen at various times. The previous tenant also returned twice during our stay. I could not get ahold of anyone other than guest services which was no help. Vrbo really needs to remove this listing until it is back up to standards.

The pool was fabulous! the house itself was great as well! The stove however was not operational and had a crack in it. So we couldn't use that, otherwise it was fantastic!

This home is beautiful but there is no one putting any love into it. Ten digit code every time to get inside is very annoying. Cameras ALL over. Was assured there weren’t any cameras on the pool until i sent pictures and unplugged them. The grass and entire back yard was extremely overgrown and was un useable. I asked Vacasa to have someone please mow it and someone came the night before we left A week later. The pool was clean but the entire surrounding needs to be cleaned or to be redone completely. Outdoor cushions were gross and torn. Asked Vacasa for new ones but did not receive any. The furniture is all stained. The master bedroom was perfect. Comfy bed. Big closet. Bidet. Bathroom and bedroom were exactly as I pictured. Wrap around deck was dirty and looked like it needed painting. Did not use the other two bedrooms. Found one dead cockroach. Small size toiletries. Would stay again. Wish it was for sale I would buy it!

I loved the location and the house. Some major Spring cleaning is needed; dirty windows, spider webs and backyard was overgrown. The pool men arrived at 8:20 unannounced to clean the pool. The house was fully furnished. I would stay there again.

Do not stay at this property! The neighborhood is rough and the yard was completely over grown. The pictures are misconceiving. We paid a lot of money to stay in this rental and we had to be moved due to issues relating to bad smells, cameras everywhere and the yard was unusable. Vacasa stripped us of our money after moving us to a much smaller unit where the pool wouldn’t grant us access to use. 0/10 would not recommend

1st off Vacasa was awesome house not so much. We had sewage backed up thru basement toilet. Vacassa, Septic guy and cleaning company all said this is a constant problem when it rains at this house. Really kinda worried us with the smell and sewage on floor. Vacasa did EVERYTHING to help. This house needs to be addressed before anybody rents it. House needs work also lots of trim and unfinished projects started not finished lawn not mowed and outside furniture in rough shape just need to be cleaned.. Overall could be a great rental if these issues are fixed but until addressed I would stay away.

Exterior of home looks to have had no maintenance at all with the exception of the pool, there we're branches and debri everywhere. Pick on website is not accurate.
When walking into the home their was a smell of musk and mold, all the bedding was not washed and full of dog hair and other hair and some mouse poop and pee. Their was no extra bedding so we had to wash everything before we could use it. Cockroaches on the walls and thousands of ants came out of the upstairs hall bath shower wall, nasty, who ever is in charge with cleaning and maintenance should be fired immediately. The house is nice but with all the unsanitary issues I would not recommend it, also the heat was impossible to regulate in the rooms.

The overall house was nice. Easy to find, nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants. The weather wasnt warm enough to utilize the pool but was clean and looked enjoyable. The kids enjoyed having the downstairs to themselves. I was surprised to find a broken rocking chair in the backyard, holes in the downstairs couch, cracked stovetop, and holes in the bedding. BRING BLANKETS there weren't any extra blankets in the house, only thin bedspreads on the beds and a pentiful supply of pillows throughout. Every outlet had a pest control plug-in that left both large and small LIVING AND DEAD cockroaches/water bugs in the house. The upstairs hall faucet was loose so the cold lever spun around. We needed to buy toilet paper since there was only 1 opened roll in each of the bathrooms during our stay. Large branches and debris in both front and back yards.

Absolutely amazing! From the beautiful and spacious property to the Carolina room and salt water pool, the house and the location work perfect. A short walk down to the river bank and the freshest fish you can imagine just added to the enjoyment of our stay. There is also an award-winning pizza place right down the street from us within walking distance.

We really enjoyed this house. The pool was amazing. Very clean and well kept.

The house was nice inside for the most part, but there were many flaws that need fixed-most of the outdoor furniture is so old and rusty with holes in the cushions:( Pool was filthy when we arrived, needs cleaned more regularly during stays(a guy showed up during the week to mow lawn with no warning, he should have cleaned pool, but left it messy and full of grass and dirt) Outside was a mess with garbage and random pool cleaning items strewn around yard. Also, we didn't have enough Toilet paper/paper towels/garbage bags for the week long stay which was kind of annoying. Couch in basement was torn and chewed up and throw pillows were all dirty in most of house. Overall we would not come back or recommend unless those issues are addressed.

Spacious home with plenty of space for everyone. Open living area, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and lovely back porch.
