The Oxnard beach house was amazing! Debbie was very communicative and easy to work with. We flew in the day before and she allowed us to access the house earlier on check in day. We loved the beach town and the vibe of the area where the house is located. The chefs kitchen is very well stocked even for our amateur chefs. Also, lots of beach toys, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach games, & a big wagon to pull it all in. The house has the most amazing water views from everywhere. The master bedroom is especially beautiful with water views. The rooftop deck is spectacular with beautiful views and seating. Two things of note: the house is directly behind the public parking lot. At first I was concerned about this but it turned out to be not a big deal. Unless you uare standing on the balcony you can't see the parking lot anyway. It was not noisy either. Also the fourth bedroom is actually off of the master bath with no separate entrance so you have to walk through the master bedroom and bath to get to the fourth bedroom. We were there with adult children and it worked out ok but I was not clear on this beforehand. Neither of the two points of note would stop me from renting the house I just thought it was worth mentioning. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this house.

Family stayed here to celebrate birthdays and it was amazing. Everything was as described and even better. They have everything you need to have a wonderful family getaway at the beach with first class accommodations. Definitely coming back.

They thought every touch! Our favorite was the roof top lounging area. 360° beautiful view of beach and marine harbor to the side with boat sounds and seals barking out in the harbor! Comfy beds. Huge and fully stocked kitchen. Lovely owners!

Loved our stay and the host provided more essentials than any other VRBO host we have used in the past. Fully stocked everything and very updated and clean. Great location and amazing views.

We stayed here for the first time for my Dad's 77th birthday......everything was simply perfect! View, Amenities, Amazing decor and did I mention the VIEW! WOW. A must stay - We give it an A++++++++

I wanted to get away for my family for a few nights and celebrate my 40th birthday and this house delivered exactly what I needed. It was kid friendly, dog friendly and adult friendly - something for everyone. It was beautifully decorated and there was a view of either the harbor or the ocean from every side. The house had everything we needed and Debbie was a great host. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house getaway.

The owner thought of every detail. So beautifully furnished. The home is so generously equiped with everything. You need bring nothing but clothes. The ambiance is fabulous, the views from every window beautiful. I would absolutely come again. Beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, boogie boards, kayaks, toys, so many things to make your stay wonderful. Our family raved about the home. One of the best vacation rentals we have been to.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was amazing…the master shower (glorious), beds (so comfortable and cozy), the kitchen (unbelievably fantastic), the rooftop and balconies (just amazing), so much room inside and out…and our host left all kinds of little extras that made our stay so special! She was also so nice and always responded immediately to my questions. In addition, she emailed me a document of fun things to do in the area and left a binder at the house full of information on activities, restaurants, etc. The house has everything you need for beach fun, cooking, general necessities, etc. The views are absolutely amazing! The beach access was perfect! Step right on to the beach. The beach was fantastic…never too crowded, clean, and great waves close to shore. We stayed 7 nights with our kids, grandkids, and doggie. We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay! Thank you for the most wonderful beach house to stay at and great time you provided for our family!

We had a large family and friend gathering and everyone LOVED the house. It is beautiful, clean, has every amenity and beach toy you could ever need, and has the most amazing views of the beach and harbor. Debbie was so sweet and helpful before and during our stay. We are looking forward to coming back next summer!

We came to California to escape the sun and heat in Arizona. My sister and her pup met up with us from San Francisco. This home was the most welcoming home we've stayed in. It is the perfect home for families as Debbie thought of all of the amenities for outdoor fun, to cooking in the gourmet kitchen, to the toiletries. She undersold her amenities for sure. My sister and daughter went kayaking and water boarding. I went on runs every morning. The home is beautiful and wonderfully updated. The weather was perfect for us which was a little foggy (perfect for morning runs) for part of the day, but it burned off. The sunsets were spectacular and very beautiful. This area reminded us of Hilton Head. The area is perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to Santa Barabara, Malibu, and LA. This home and host is A++.

This home at it all! High end line linens and towels to a state of the art kitchen this home was designer complete with everything you need! Perfect location on the sand. We enjoyed watching the family kayak and paddle board from the spacious rooftop with breathtaking views! We will definitely be back.

This property is beautiful! First impressions are everything and this property made a lasting one! The host was communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Check in, and out are super easy and smooth. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and some dog treats for our dog., which she loved (and we enjoyed the wine ). The furniture is comfortable, beds and sofas. There are plenty of places for everyone to gather together as well as private spaces to retreat to. The kitchen is well stocked , anything you need to cook, bake, create is provided. The roof top deck has 365 degree views of the ocean and marina. It was a favorite place to hang out. Everything about this property is perfection. We enjoyed our stay there and are already looking forward to coming to stay again.

After staying the 4 nights, we didn't want to leave this beautiful home!
