We booked this as 1 of 2 large cabins over the holiday weekend for Christmas. We had a large party that included infants, toddlers, young adults, as well as adults. This was a make shift family reunion of sorts, and a way to spend the holidays together. While the property is beautiful aesthetically; for the cost there are other places managed better closer to the slopes that I would recommend. Working with this management company and subsequently VRBO support, was a nightmare. Scenarios are listed below. Over multiple phone calls to both VRBO support and the property managers nothing was ever remedied on the property. At one point they sent a handyman who not only did not address the main issue, but made the situation worse. We did not have a functioning hot tub for the entirety of the stay. The oven did not work on property, which makes cooking dinner for a large party impossible. At one point we had no running water anywhere. And the cherry on top, has been the lack of professionalism from both the management company & VRBO. I will never book from them again - and additionally I would recommend you look elsewhere to stay; as should an issue arise, don’t expect anyone to attempt to remedy it. In an area full of beautiful cabins and mountain views, save yourself the headache. I hope the owners opt for a new PM company, but until then I can’t reasonably recommend this place for anyone to stay that plans on actually using the property for more than a place to sleep.

Great view from back of home looking at mountains. Lot of parking. Well stocked with washers/dryers up and downstairs. Huge great room downstairs with pool table and poker table. Some board games stocked in main living. Plenty of space to spread out. Nice tvs up and downstairs. Hot tub had an issue, but mgmt got it going quickly for us. Huge stove/ovens, with nice and roomy Viking refrigerator, and another in the garage. The main master doesn't have a closet, but they did have a clothes hanger rack to hang thinks up. Great location about 8 minutes South of downtown with well maintained road to and from that puts you right at the base of Beaver Run lift and ski school for kids. We took advantage of the free daily parking at the Ice Rink just before coming into town and the shuttle was also free that dropped us right at Beaver Run. Of all the Breck homes we've rented, this one was the best for our group of 8 adults, and 5 kids.

Rig away you drive up and you look at a beautiful home. The munite you walk threw the door you could see dirt and dust everywhere. The hood over the oven was so covered in grease past visitors had written CLEAN ME in it. Apparently the 600 dollar cleaning fee doesn't unclude the hood?

We enjoyed our stay at this property - the home nicely accommodated our party of six - we each had privacy, yet plenty of room to hang out together - the lower level was great for movie night. Enjoyed the hot tub and the awesome view of Quandary Peak - also enjoyed sitting around the gas firepit. Mgmt was very responsive to our questions, needs. We plan to return.
