Great location in quiet Daytona Beach Shores area. Easy access to the beach with nice pool. Close to restaurants and grocery. Very clean and well maintained. Relaxing setting. Updated throughout. Nice large comfortable bedrooms. Easy communication with owner. Would stay again.

Convenient location across street from beach. Pool area was nice, never too crowded. Condo has 3 beach towels, 2 beach chairs & plenty of sand toys for younger children. Jason provided shampoo/body wash/makeup wipes in both bathrooms. Kitchen had plenty of dishes/silverware/etc. More than enough towels/washcloths. Washer/dryer directly across from condo was nice. Jason even had extra quarters in case you needed. Jason called a few days before our arrival & went over everything as well as emailed information and text restaurant etc recommendations.

First of all, Jason is amazing! He called me a few days before our trip and went over everything with me. He then texted me recommendations of things to do and pls es to eat. The condo is great. Very clean and well stocked. We didn’t need a thing except food. The pool is fantastic. The beach is across the street from the condo. There are two beach chairs in a closet and there is a man who rents umbrellas and chairs at the beach. The area that the condo is in is not bad but the street is busier than I prefer. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend.

Jason was an excellent host! He called a day before check in to make sure we were all squared away. He even offered suggestions of places to eat nearby. He was easily available throughout our stay for a couple questions we had.
If you are planning on using the washer and dryer during your stay, you may want to be sure to bring along some quarters. It is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry across the hall and there is only one of each. It only accepts quarters. You can exchange for quarters in the management office. However, we went down there two times during their hours (Mon.-Thurs. 8-1pm) And nobody was in the office. So we ended up getting quarters from a nearby store.
Besides that, our stay was great. The kitchen was stocked with supplies we needed to cook including a few pieces of Tupperware which was helpful for beach trips.
The pool does go to over 8ft, so you may want to bring a life jacket for younger kids.

This is a great condo, very clean, has everything you need. Beds super comfortable. Jason was great with communication and instructions, even had beach towels delivered to us when we found they were missing. 5 minutes and you're on the beach. Pool clean and warm. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

The communication with the owner leading up to and during was great! The check in process was very easy and the condo was exactly as listed and clean! Kitchen was very well stocked and the overall stay was great.

The bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was heated and clean.

The condo is tidy and well maintained with updated furniture. Shower has recently been updated and looks great. This condo is a short walk across the street to the beach. Quiet building with no noise to complain about. It was too cold to use the pool, and relaxing area around the pool. However, it looked good.

Me, my husband, and my 17 month old son stayed here for 5 days. We were pleased with the seamless check-in-process. Upon entering the condo, I immediately felt at home. It is clean, updated, stocked with linens and cookware, and even had a bag of ice waiting on us in the freezer! The sunsets from the balcony overlooking the pool made for a great way to end the day. We could also see the beach from the front window. The owner, Jason, could not have been more accommodating. There are instructions for everything on the side of the refrigerator, which made navigating check-in, check-out and other parts of our stay very easy. Thank you, Jason, for a lovely time in Daytona Beach! We will certainly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Daytona Beach.

This is a perfect place to stay for a family or small group! Everything was at it was on the listing. Clean and cozy space. The condo is just a few steps from the beach. Jason communicates very well and was always there to answer any questions! 10/10 recommend for affordable and safe place to stay by the beach!

The condo was a super short walk from the beach and price was very fair for its location. Pool at the condo was nice and the condo itself was very clean. Property owner was super easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Somewhat older small condo building with nice pool and deck with tables and chairs. Quick walk across the street, at new crosswalk, to get to beach.
Unit is perfect for home base for 3-4 adults. Nice decor, comfortable ambiance.
A short drive to dining, etc in main area up the road. Two grocery stores very near unit.
We would stay again. :)

The condo was very nice, clean, and beautiful. The pool was super nice and crossing to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Plus, having an ice cream shop and arcade next door was super convenient. Jason was awesome to deal with… couldn’t have asked for anyone better to deal with. Thanks so much!!!

This property was conveniently located to attractions we were interested in seeing and convenient to the beach despite the hurricane taking out beach access. We were able to access across the street very easily. Clean property, nicely decorated with beach vibe. Amazingly quiet at night considering location was right on A1A. Jason was amazing, quick to answer any questions throughout stay and very helpful with sharing information about the area. Excellent stay, enjoyed by all.

Location and room was perfect for our stay, nice pool for my grandson, son and his wife. Beach across the street for sunrise walks. Jason the homeowner was the perfect communicator with problems because of the hurricane.

The stay at the condo was prefect. Check in process was super easy! Everything about the condo was amazing! From the decor, to the kitchen, bathrooms, and the bedrooms. Very spacious, the condo had everything we needed for our stay. We did some cooking while there. Everything we needed was there. Beds are super comfy! Which is a big plus when your away for vacation. Pool was amazing! Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The kids enjoyed that part alot. Plus 2 ice cream places within walking distance. Beach is right across the street.
I highly recommend this place if you want an easy going vacation! It was perfect.
I will definitely be tagging this location for future stays.

Great stay
We had the best time. Our little family of four (my 3 and 5 year old) stayed here and it was perfect! The place was super clean, very close to the beach (<5 mins from door to shore with two little ones), close to lots of restaurants, grocery, ice cream next door. We would definitely recommend and will be back. It was perfect for what we needed. Our ONLY complaint was having only 2 beach chairs and needing some throw blankets at night lounging on the couch. (The two chairs were perfect for us but if you had more than 2 adults it wouldn’t be enough). Overall the perfect location and our kids loved every minute of the ocean and pool!

Awesome host and property
Jason was so awesome. He called me right away when I had a question before our stay. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was warm for the duration of our stay and the beach was right across the street. The newly renovated condo photos are accurate. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return again.

Toes in the sand!
The condo was cozy and ready for us. It was conveniently located to the beach and delicious restaurants in the area. The beach was clean and not overly crowded the week we traveled. We practically had the pool to ourselves. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the condo & location
Property was exactly as listed and VERY clean. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfy, and I’m picky! Couch & outdoor furniture seemed new and very comfy, too. Condo had nearly everything we could want, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach was across the road (5m walk) and beautiful. Our first time staying in Daytona Beach, and this area wasn’t overly crowded as I feared (for spring break “party” time). We might’ve enjoyed the pool even more than the beach, as it was easier to watch my 7yo there and teen daughters enjoyed laying out. So nice and relaxing! Most of the residents seemed to be snowbirds/retirees, so a laid back area was exactly what I needed for vacay. Property Mgr provided great communication and checked in on us during the stay. The condo has recently been updated and we all loved every minute there. Highly recommend!
