Exceptional range of food, cooked food was not hot.

Nos ha gustado mucho, TODO. Desde la amable recepción, a la situación, la comodidad de la cama y el confort de la habitación y por supuesto el desayuno tan bueno que tienen. Además nos han dado aparcamiento gratis y desayuno al 50% por viajar en moto... RECOMENDABLE para MOTEROS. Sin duda repetiremos en este hotel.

La ubicación
Nos dieron una habitación de categoría inferior a la contratada, más pequeña y con ventana a un patio interior. El segundo día tras insistir mucho nos cambiaron de habitación, aún así, nos cobraron la primera noche al mismo precio que la segunda. Al hacer check out volvimos a comentar que el precio de la primera habitación no se correspondía con el tamaño y prestaciones anunciadas en booking. A mejorar los colchones que son muy duros y te levantas molido y la limpieza del cuarto de baño. Las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas, se escucha todo. Por cierto, una imprudencia tener las neveras en las dos habitaciones dentro del armario de la ropa. No lo recomendamos en absoluto.

Ubicación excelente a las puertas del centro. Muy nuevo y bien conservado.
Excelente también su personal, especialmente Sara y sus consejos.
Posibilidad de aparcamiento y desayuno.

Room was spotless & smelt so fresh & clean. The breakfast was lovely with so much choice.
Room was a little disjointed- toilet right in front of shower door.
View was of balconies on other side of street.

Stayed with friends riding through Spain, Portugal and France on our motorbikes.
Very pleasant overnight stay. Splendid city location, clean and tidy rooms, friendly and engaging staff, secure free bike parking decent breakfast too..
a short walk to the city centre for beer and dinner.. would happily return and recommend.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Friendly, helpful reception. Easy parking on site. Great access on the 5th floor to the town centre.
If you are elderly or have a disability avoid festival weekend which began on the 8th July in 2023. Hotel 5th floor access to the town gets boarded up which makes it difficult to get back into the hotel without a long walk or many steps. Majority of shop windows get boarded up this is all due to security which is alarming in itself. Vast crowds during the festival, although plenty of police, in our opinion, not safe.

Welcoming staff. Clean, spacious room and balcony. Good parking. Easy access to town centre from 5th floor exit. Walk in shower. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

It seemed very expensive compared to other hotels elsewhere in Spain. Worth comparing local hotel costs before confirming booking.

the location was very good, the hotel was super clean and smelt lovely. the room was really nice with a fabulous terrace
the thin walls, we could hear everything our neighbour said when he was on the phone. didn’t sleep very well.

The location was ideal for us arriving in Teruel by car for the night, en route from Santander to Calpe. All staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very good.
The only thing I didn’t like was the hardness of the pillow

Location excellent. Easy to find. Very convenient 5th floor exit/entrance directly into old town. Car park easily accessible. Good choice at breakfast.
Did not offer evening meals but many restaurants close by. Restaurant had to windows, so no view. Hot breakfast items like eggs, bacon, sausages were just luke warm.

The location is wonderful for people wanting to explore the town of Teruel. Easy access both to the hotel from the motorway and to the town from the hotel make this a great place to stay

it was very clean and the room was comfortable. The staff were very helpful.
There were no real facilities outside of the bedroom. There was a quasi-bar, but when I asked for a glass of white wine, the receptionist had trouble finding a bottle.

The location was better than expected . Ease of finding hotel from the motorway.and the Green Area. The reception was very helpful and welcoming and we liked the map of the town and instructions we were given.
Perhaps a nice Bar in the hotel it would have been nice to sit and have a drink before going out or a nightcap on returning. There was no Hotel restaurant

Modern hotel , placed beautifully for all the sights . Very good value for the quality.

Very nice, clean, comfortable, fast WiFi, near town centre, parking, room service food, aircon, even the other guests were friendly. I'm going to come back for a full holiday sometime.
The food was a bit simple.
