The property is really nice. Lacking in cleanliness and needs some repairs. It’s a shame because the furniture and floors and decor are first class. We enjoyed the hiking and golf at Keystone. September is a beautiful time of year!

We brought two families of four with kids ranging from 0-10 years, and it was perfect! The home came with a pack and play, the older kids loved the bunk bed room, and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for us. Plus it’s centrally located to the ski lift, the village, and local coffee shops/restaurants. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home!

The inside of the townhouse was very clean, it had great amenities & the kitchen was well equipped (except for potholders which were needed). The large dining table was perfect for our family of 9. When we arrived the garage floor was extremely dirty on both sides as well as the doormat, and the broom in the garage was broken. There was no way to unload the car & walk into the house without getting dirt in the house. It seems that a clean garage should be part of the cleaning in between rentals especially in winter. We called SCMR & they delivered a broom & we cleaned the floor. Not a great first impression. We would also like to recommend that the road inside the community be plowed or shoveled during snow season. We rented there because it was easy walking distance to the ski area but we had to walk very slowly & carefully because there was ice in some areas. The guestbook said there would be a key to the pool hanging by front door but there was no key. I called SCMR and after searching in the other places they said I should look for a key & not finding one they agreed to bring one over & arrived quickly with it.

Great home and amazing location. Fully enjoyed the stay… Nicely furnished, full kitchen and plenty of room. Close to the gondola and easy bus ride from the east village. Would definitely book again.

The location is great, quick drive to mountain house/Peru lift for easy drop-off/pick-up. Amenities are good - 2 toasters, beverage fridge, every pot/pan you could need. But a warning - the walls are thin - can hear neighbors and everyone on your floor. The bunk beds are so comfortable, but they creak with every movement that can be heard in the other bedrooms. The neighbors kids were outside screaming at 7 am! Everything else is really great. Don't stay here if you need to get work done though - the only desk is in the living room which is the center of activity. Radiant Floor heating throughout was really nice! Wish there was a hot tub on site (its a short drive away).

This townhouse has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Very well equipped kitchen including a crock pot, tons of glasses, cups and plates, 2 coffee makers, comfortable beds and bedding, 5 humidifiers, multiple TVs, DVD player, games etc. Plenty of towels and blankets. There are 2 master suites (upstairs and downstairs), one bedroom with 2 twin beds and one bedroom with a double/double bunk bed. It would sleep 8-9 comfortably, 10 if you’re ok with 2 people sleeping on the top bunk. It’s located within a 5-7 minute walk from the gondola or a one minute walk to the green line bus stop which is a 2-3 minute drive to the Peru Express lift. The townhouse is very tastefully decorated and has an overall luxurious yet homey feel.

This property was fantastic! Very well stocked and very clean! Amazing location and great view. Very much enjoyed our stay! If there was any complaint, it was only that the unit was too warm.

It was great except for street noise until around 9 PM. Trucks and buses are noisy starting at 5:30 am. The management was fantastic and we would stay there again.
