A very clean and perfectly spacious 5bdrm house in a residential neighborhood. We rented this as a much less expensive ski rental with access to Snowbird/Alta (35 min) or Snowbasin (50 min). Very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable living room and family room and good beds. My only criticism is the heating system. The house is three floors (basement, first , second) but only has one zone. The basement bedrooms are much cooler than upstairs with no real way to regulate that. Probably only an issue in the winter, but the basement has two nice bedrooms and another playroom that is great for kids.
Would definitely rent again. Also, the service team is extremely responsive. We had two minor issues, and they answered the phone and sent someone out within an hour (the hot water was out when we arrived). Thank you for nice rental.

The extra perks with Xplorie was also amazing. We got free rentals for skis and tickets to the aquarium for the kids.

Description and pictures are accurate. Unlike most rentals the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked! Beds were super comfortable. Would stay here again.

We came to Utah for Thanksgiving to see family and this place was perfect! Lots of places to hang out and plenty of bedrooms and beds are comfortable. Had everything we needed and it’s a cute neighborhood and street. Will book it again!

This house fit our group of 8 just perfectly with so much extra room! The house was exactly as described. The communication was great. And a nice convenient location! Hope to stay there again for future visits to SLC!

Super accommodating rental. Comfortable and clean with plenty of room! 10 minutes from everything you’d need and 35 minutes from Brighton and Park City. Great place we’ll be back!

I live in the Middle East and I travel back to Utah to visit with my family. We booked the property for 3 weeks and had family come stay with us from other towns in Utah. Here is our experience:
The property is beautiful and spacious. Having bedrooms and bathrooms on all floors was fantastic.
The owners have also gone to great lengths to provide everything you need. Such as kitchen appliances and utensils (ex: bbq utensils). Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and extra towels in the bathrooms. A pack and play, board games, smart TV....etc
I didn't need to contact the owners much but when I did, Jeff always responded quickly. We had one problem during check in (the trash was completely overloaded and causing a bad smell in garage) Jeff handled this within a few hours. The other request I made was for early check in and late checkout due to our flight times. Jeff was able to accommodate early check in but not late checkout due to having other bookings. While this is understandable, I had requested this at booking and considering the long journey (20+ hours) and the length of our stay (3 weeks) it would have been nice to have some help. We ended up going to the airport 7 hours early on checkout. Other owners have gone above and beyond to help us on such requests.
Minor suggestions:
some Tupperware to store food
Making sure the bbq is cleaned (our steaks got ruined)
offering an optional cleaning service for long stays

Members of my family came to SLC from Boise to watch Supercross. A sport that’s been big in my family for a very long time. We found the rental to be very clean and with great accommodations.

Stayed here for the Adult Figure Skating Championships. It was perfect for our group. Lots of living spaces on each floor. Basement area (2 bedrooms and living area) was a bit chilly in early April, but with additional bedding, everyone was happy!

We loved the house. Great location for us. Only bad thing was there were weeks worth of garbage in the garage. Told the owner but nothing was done about it.

This is a great place if you’re coming to SLC to ski. Situated near shopping but quiet. Close to Little Cottonwood Canyon. Great space. Clean. Comfy beds. Will stay again.

Perfect location to switch ski resorts every day, close to all highways, recently renovated, exactly as described with no surprises, extra clean property, kitchen very well equipped, all useful amenities available, comfortable beds, host responsive. We were five men on a one-week ski road trip around SLC; the property could have accommodated more people. Definitely at the top of our list for our next trip to SLC.
