The house was so perfect for our very large family. There was so much space that it made all the chaos of a lot of little kids feel much less chaotic. The house was cleaned the backyard was incredible and the hosts were amazing! We will be back for sure!

Our stay was wonderful! The property is amazing, there are so many activities for having fun and relaxing! We ended up having about 20 guests staying at the house, and about 15 more visiting during the day (who either lived nearby or had their own rental spots). There was plenty of room for everyone, we could have easily fit everyone at the house. Lots of space for cooking and eating together. And with the pool, the sports court, and the games, everyone was entertained all day! The slip n slide was a huge hit :) We were initially a little worried about keeping the 10pm quiet time (so many of us hadn't seen each other in years, and we knew folks would end up chatting late into the night), but it was actually very easy with so many different places inside to comfortably spend time. The views from the house are incredible too. And the property manager, Ruby, is super responsive and helpful, we were really impressed and happy! Highly recommend staying at the Grand Desert Oasis!!

We had a great stay--so much fun we barely needed to leave the property. The rules and community regulations seemed a bit off-putting but to be honest it didn't bother us a bit to shut down the pool by 10, as we could just move the fun to the indoor gym. I asked several of the older grandkids what their idea of the perfect reunion spot and quite a few of them said, "honestly? This place." After over a decade of yearly reunions, that's a great recommendation.

The place was just what we were looking for ideal

We had the most incredible weekend staying here with 32 friends to celebrate a birthday. The house was perfect for this size of a group- there was plenty of space for everyone and it never felt too crowded. The pool, sport court, and arcade games were such a hit all weekend. We are trying to plan a return trip next year!

Loved the home! Amenities were great! Property Manager was very responsive when we had any concerns and continued to check in with us during our stay.

Great vacation rental for large groups and a fun place for all ages.

This is such a spacious, comfortable, clean, and fun place to stay for big groups! We love all the amenities - pool, slip n slide, sport court, and more. I also love that there’s plenty of beds, towels, kitchen items, etc. We have had our family reunion here twice now, and everyone has had such a great experience!

We have a very large family. Eight kids, 7 spouses, 36 total people. We have stayed at a lot of places for our summer vacations which happen every other year. My kids thought this is the best place we have ever stayed. The pool is beautiful. hot tub is part of the pool. Indoor pickle/basketball court. Two separate buildings. Nine bedrooms. Sleeps 60 if you use all the pullout couches Beautiful scenery right next to a private airport. Was fun to watch the one plane a day that flew in and out. Beautiful mountains a mile away what else could you possibly want. Pricey but worth every penny.

This was an amazing place to stay for our family reunion. It’s hard to find a place big enough to accommodate us that has great amenities and a decent price point. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only thing that we didn’t love was that outside curfew was 10pm; which we felt was pretty early. They said this was do to a county ordinance, so it’s not their doing, but it is something to consider when booking the property. 11pm or midnight seems much more reasonable. What saved us was the indoor sports court! We were able to continue our fun pretty well despite the curfew. Great stay!

The facility was beautiful, attention to detail was noticed. Lots of things to do. The pool was the real winner with youngest to oldest.

We had a wonderful time, the house is immaculate and feels brand new, the views of the mountains are incredible. The only bummer is the pool has to be closed at 10pm.

The accommodations were excellent. Ruby was a very good host. She was always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

We hosted a women's retreat for trauma healing and had a great stay at the house. The property is excellent. The host is phenomenal. She was highly responsive when we had questions or were looking for specific items like pillowcases or toilet paper. The women enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen, the view and all the amenities were perfect. The ONE struggle we had was with the neighbors and the neighborhood policies. I missed the line on the listing that we could only have 12 vehicles on the property. We had 30 women from all over the country attend. Many of them carpooled but we still had at least 20 vehicles to manage. We knew we couldn't park on the road (LOTS of signs), so we did some seriously tight parking to get everyone in the driveway (we shuttled them around in passenger vans for the retreat so they didn't need their cars). Within 30 minutes of having more than 12 vehicles in the driveway, we were notified of this being an issue and that it needed to be taken care of immediately. It was a fiasco. we packed them tight in the garages and parked some cars offsite. The next morning, we saw a man in a white truck driving by slowly counting each vehicle... We also had an instance where one of the passenger vans returned to the house to pick up a late arrival. The driver parked the van partially on the driveway and the road. He was there 10 minutes (this is not an exaggeration) before we were sent a photo of the illegal activity, and we were warned that we would receive a citation if we did not remove the vehicle from the road. We were in the wrong for having partially parked on the road. Our driver wasn't thinking clearly, but wow, that was quick and felt petty. I feel bad for the host having to deal with neighbors like this. I would understand if we were causing real problems (or even too loud). There is some kind of sound curfew at 9 pm. We were respectful of sound during the day and closed down our outside activities by 9, but I can imagine there being another call made had we gone past time or been "too loud" or something. AGAIN, Stellar house + host. Uptight neighbors.

Things I loved: Fast, easy communication with the manager. Beautiful home with amazing amenities. Well furnished and maintained. Great space for multiple families with all ages. Works well for an adult retreat with a few "just so you know". See below Things to know (neither good or bad, just helpful information): You are a solid 15-20 mins from a store, but there are 3 fridges between the house, garage and casita, so stock up if you don't want to go back and forth. The bunk rooms are large and well built, could use some hooks on the walls for people to hang towels and you do have 12-15 people sharing ONE bathroom as the others are all inside of private rooms. The hot tub is delightful and there are plenty of pool towels. The dishwasher takes a minute to understand and the stove has a "safety" features which turns the burners off if they sense the heat is too high. You're not dumb- the appliances are tricky. lol Bring extra TP. We were there for 6 days and ran out after day one. :) I would use this property again. They were so good to work with and it is beautiful, peaceful and quite.

This home was beautiful, clean and very accommodating for our Leadership Annual planning meeting. Plus we were able to let our competitive natures go with a pickle ball battle

We had such a great time at this house. Location was beautiful with the trees and the sounds of the rainforest. Short drive to my new favorite beach in Puerto Rico and all the rainforest has to offer from horse back riding to zip lining. Having our own pool was a game changer for our pack of 7 kids! The house was clean and had everything we needed for 13 guests ranging in age from 5 to 75! Our only issue is that the bunk bed room was not really it’s own separate room which made it hard for little ones to sleep with the bustle in the family room but we adjusted and it all worked out great. Tracye was super nice, accommodating and communicative. I highly recommend this house and Loquillo.

We had 25 people in our group from 6 months to 65 years old and everyone had a wonderful time in this fantastic home. The kids loved the swimming pool with its excellent features and loved playing all the different sports in the gigantic gym.

This is no exaggeration. It’s hard enough finding a place to accommodate such a big group but when the home is complete with everything & the cherry on top was the hostess. Definitely an unforgettable trip!

The property is huge and was perfect for our group. Overall we had an incredible time here. Out of the 5 arcade games that were there, only 4 of them worked, which was a little disappointing for the kids. The 5th arcade game broke while we were there. After we left we were informed that all the arcade games were replaced. The heating for the pool/spa isn't permanent....it shuts off after a certain amount of time. So if you're going on a long hike and hoping to come home to a fully heated pool/spa, you can't. You have to come home, push the button to heat, and then wait 1-2 hours.

We stayed here for our staff retreat with 36 adults. From the very beginning, the property owner and manager were quick to respond to all of my questions. The house was incredibly clean and in excellent condition. Even with so many of us, the house was more than spacious enough so that we didn't feel cramped. The basketball court/sports room was such a nice bonus. The pool is huge and was frequently used. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

My whole family is very pleased with our stay in this property. Everything stated in the description were in the property. We had a great time at this property. We used the swimming pool and gym. We had 25 people of all ages and had plenty of room. We liked that there was two dining tables so that we all could sit. There was also plenty of dishes, refridgerator/freezer and pantry space. The property manager was very responsive to any need. The great room on the main level was "echo-y" We had to get used to conversing in this situation. I think it was from the lack of wall decoration and carpet. Overall we had a great time and the property worked well for us.

We rented this place for my parents 50th Anniversary. It was a great family party! Plenty of room in the pool and large gym for everyone who wanted to play basketball! Beds were comfortable. The place was clean. Only thing was that there definitely wasn't enough shampoo, conditioner or body wash for that many people. They did provide the tiny hotel size bottles which might last one wash for 2 people. Be prepared for that. Otherwise beautiful property and quiet neighborhood. We All loved it!

Thank you James for an amazing home!! It had everything we needed and the whole family just loved the fact that we were able to all be in one house. The pool was amazing, the gym was amazing…..EVERYTHING was AMAZING!! James was amazing….there was an unexpected incident when it rained a lot and James right away called over people to get it fixed. If you’re thinking about a home to host a big family…..THIS IS THE HOUSE!! Thank you James!!

We had about 40 people here for my wedding and it was amazing! Everyone had their own space and we loved the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again ❤️

Was a nice place and fit our needs nicely.

This is a new property. All beds and pillows are new and comfortable. AC kept house cool. Pool was heated and enjoyable to be in. We never left the property there was plenty to do there but there is also tons of close recreation.
