The fact that the host was friendly and very accommodating. The environment was also good.

Some of the facilities needed to be upgraded. But it's a good price for the money anyways.

I was appalled by this place. It stunk of little effort for maximum profit. My bedroom door lock was so badly fitted the Yale was too close to the keeper it stuck forcing you to yank to get it opened. The wc/shower showed the same lack of care, grout everywhere, 2 inches wide in places, tiles near the door look like they'd been cut with a bread knife. A circular sofa placed in the kitchen completely in the way of people getting in and out and also opening the downstairs WC/shower door. The laminate flooring poorly fitted and gaps everywhere. The bed so hard and lumpy I left as early as I could after no sleep.

Breakfast was nice, bed was comfy. Host was very accommodating.

No where close to park, No ones fault. Room was above kitchen/TV lounge, other guests very loud first thing in the morning. Showed owner photo that I took of the bong's & empty alcohol bottles under my bed when looking for another pillow, didn't expect that !

i was fasting they offered me dinner as i am not eating breakfast. this hospitality was so generous

if the check in time can before 2pm it will be great
