Luckily the owner was on the premises... The code sent to me was not the same as the keypad.

La casetta in mezzo al bosco ci è piaciuta molto, per tre giorni ci siamo sentiti un po americani anche noi! La posizione è comoda a tutto, la casa molto pulita, accogliente e tranquilla, bello anche il giardino che la circonda. Cucina attrezzatissima e fantastica per chi, come noi, ama cucinare i propri pasti!

Per il prezzo richiesto, forse certi dettagli dovrebbero essere più curati (la casa è molto bella ma in effetti un po trascurata). La porta di ingresso posteriore non si chiudeva, quindi di notte la bloccavano con una sedia (come noi film ;) ) e di giorno...speravamo non entrasse nessuno! Le chiavi (inutili, in realtà!) erano attaccate al frigo, confermo le recensioni precedenti in cui si diceva che non era possibile aprire la scatola esterna con la combinazione (io ho trovato la box sul lato indicato della casa, ho inserito il codice ma...nada). Per fortuna la porta sul retro era aperta, quindi siamo entrati comunque. La cosa che meno mi è piaciuta però è stata la (non) assistenza al check-in: ci era stato detto che, se possibile, ci avrebbero offerto un check in anticipato, se l'housekeeper avesse finito prima. Il check-in è previsto normalmente alle 16, noi alle 15 eravamo lì e non c'era già più nessuno a fare le pulizie. Allora ho avvisato il team di Vacasa, ma mi hanno detto che comunque dovevamo aspettare le 16 per non scombinare l'operativo dell'housekeeper....che non c'era!! Fino alle 16 abbiamo aspettato in giardino e non si è visto nessuno. Alle 16 siamo entrati e fine della storia. Team di Vacasa poco attento, tante parole gentili ma zero fatti.

location was great. a bit of attention to detail would make it a lot better. both screen doors need replacing. a curtain in the upstairs bath needs replacing. the keys weren't where they were supposed to be and it caused a delay in getting into the home.

see above. these items should have been noticed and corrected. the keys should be in a functioning key box.

Location was not bad but if you want to be close to the beaches and activities this was not the place to be.

The instructions about the lockbox were not correct. There was no lockbox with a key. The property was left open so we entered and searched for a key and finally found it. Home is still being renovated in certain areas and need to be completed. Upstairs shower curtain smelled terribly. Due to open spaces under the window ac units, bugs and spiders were the norm and could be fixed fairly easily.

I love the price at the time.. I love the modern furniture .. I love the kitchen .I love Oaks Bluff

There should be a welcoming gift for all guest.. like fresh cookies or something.
