We had 6 adults and 6 kids. The location of the house was great and perfect size for all of us. The pool was highly used and the dock for fishing was a big hit. There is NO treadmill at this property we were never told this before arrival. The deck and the property had us pulling lots of splinters from tiny feet all week. Suggest you wear shoes on the deck at all times there are also nails popping up everywhere. We had a shower head that trickled water out so only 2 showers were best to use. Our main issue was the sunroom AC unit did not work at all we messaged and told them immediately on Sunday morning. Nobody came to look until Tuesday and they said a new unit would be installed on Wednesday and that never happened and we did not receive and type of communication on this at all. I followed up numerous times because this room was completely unusable the entire week it was so hot. Frustrated by the lack of response and communication from anyone. The owner declined any type of refund for this unusable room and false advertising of the missing treadmill that would have been highly used by our family. We would not return to this home for lack of the home owner not fixing the AC for us and still charging us full rental. They seem to only be in it for the money and not putting back into the house or creating relationships with those traveling so they want to come back year over year. Sandbridge VA location was great and highly recommend traveling to this town.

Property was clean, and had enough space for our family. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool, and the walk to the beach was a short distance.

Our group of 7 just spent the week here. It was the perfect size and we all had our own spaces, though the layout is a bit odd. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything you could think of to cook for a group. Loved the beautiful pool and pool area. Also spent a lot of time fishing from the dock. A great location! A short and easy walk to the shore. Our group agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

A unique design yet a great property and we had a wonderful long weekend. Highly recommend and the sunsets were fabulous.

It was a great experience with amazing views and beach access. We wanted to celebrate Christmas away from home. So this location was almost equal driving distance for all parties as we had family from the north and south stay. Great memories!! We will definitely be utilizing VACAS from now on.
