Very close to Park City. Free bus tranportation less than a 1mile walk. Condo was just as it looked. Extra space heater in the main bedroom was a must, but worked like a charm. Hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

We have stayed in the Newpark Resort area for nearly a decade and always appreciated the location and amenities. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of this particular property (floors and bedding) but otherwise enjoyed the property. However, we were awoken at 5 am one morning and 3:30 am another morning by fire alarms that forced us to stand outside in the cold with other guests for nearly an hour before the alarms were shut off. As you can imagine, this was an incredible imposition and started two of our days off very poorly due to lack of sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The location was super convenient and I loved having shops and food close by. It was such gorgeous views and the private hot tub was amazing. Will definitely be coming again!

This rental is a solid 4.2/5. The location is outstanding and within a stone’s throw to a few of Park City’s best restaurants (Hearth & Hill, Bartolo’s, Loco Lizard). Close to paved trails and shopping. The rental itself is absolutely fine. Enough beds for a family to stay comfortably. The full kitchen was a major plus. The completely private hot tub was divine. The beds were comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. That being said, there were some missed details that would have led me to give a higher score. The white walls are quite scuffed and dirty - which doesn’t lend to the romantic weekend vibe we were shooting for. Mismatched lightbulbs over the bathroom vanity certainly didn’t help me get my makeup on for the day. The layout is a bit clunky and if you can manage it, I’d suggest the main guests stay in the upstairs bedroom - which in my opinion should be where the king bed is located. Unless you drive a compact car, the parking space is useless (though would be nice if you bring bikes or other recreational gear with you). It was much too small for my mid size SUV, so we parked in stalls at the end of the property. I’d definitely come back with kids in tow, but will be searching for something a bit more cared for next time my husband and I try to getaway for the weekend.

Perfect little stay after my wife played a show. We were walking distance from anything you could want/need and a quick drive to main street. LOVED the stay.

Amazing views, especially from second floor kitchen / living area. Garage and laundry are great for winter parking and outdoor snow activities. Great Kimball Junction location with numerous walkable coffee & dining options. Depending on traffic ~15 min to Park City Mtn, Main St, & Deer Valley. Would absolutely stay there again!

Overall nice place great location and views. The downstairs heat did not work it was too cold to even use it at all and the supplied space heaters were not enough to compensate.

This property is conveniently located within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. We also like the fact it’s a little bit quieter than downtown Park city. The view is great and the beds are comfortable. One of the better properties we have restated in. Would highly recommend.

The property was nice and clean, but the best part was the hot tub just off the master bedroom. Everything went very smoothly with check in and check out.

Smooth experience. Everything we needed was at the property. Could have been a little cleaner but besides that all was good.

We enjoyed the proximity to everything in Park City and the hot tub was lovely.

My kids and I “got away” from home in SLC and skied Deer Valley. Also enjoyed the stores / shopping and restaurants at Redstone. The proximity of the condo made it easy for my teenagers to easily do their own thing. This was the second time I’ve used a TurnKey property and it baffles me how they do not have a legitimate automated system for getting people checked in. I had to seek out and request information about access for our first day. Only to be informed that there were still some documents that required my signature. It should have been handled earlier and without my poking them to do their job. There were two dirty spots around the condo (I think it was a cleaning crew mistake) and the pillows on the master bed were so lumpy it was funny. But overall the place was fantastic. Well appointed and easy and comfortable. Thanks for the stay!

We loved the hot tub by our room; however, it took us over 30 minutes to figure out the TV. Also the carpet needs to be replaced and the tub in the master needs to also be updated. The electric blinds did not work...including broken remotes. OVERALL, it was a great get away and conveniently in the middle of all the conveniences!

Highlight was the hot tub. No overnight parking passes were in the condo like instructions said they would be. Thank goodness one friend cancelled and we didn't end up needing them. Dishwasher wouldn't stay latched. It would start if you held it closed but once you let go it would pop back open and stop running. Easy check in and check out. Not a lot of things were asked to do before leaving. Overall would probably stay here again.

They never gave us a gate entrance code, until after we got there and drove around lost, because it was never sent to us. We had to call the agency to have them send us the email with the gate entrance code. Once we got to the condo, the door code we were given did not work. We stood outside in freezing temperatures and were told over the phone 5 different codes that would reset the door, NOT a single code worked. Meanwhile, being locked out, my 3 year old son, almost had a potty accident because they took so long to give us the right door code! It was ridiculous! I was even hung up on by them, and finally on the 6th code we got into the house. Don't even think about leaving the condo. We left the next day to get lunch (takeout), and upon bringing it back to the condo, found ourselves locked out AGAIN. Somehow the lock keypad got reset, and again we had to call and were given more "master" door codes, until a 10th and new code got us in again. Oh and forget about sleeping, the fire alarms to the entire complex BLASTED OFF at 3:30am(sirens and lights) they were so loud we jumped and screamed out of bed, and had to stand in the street. It took almost an hour for them to disarm them. It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. We packed up and left for home shortly after 4:30am. This place is a nightmare, and my son was screaming in fear. It should not have taken so long for them to disarm the fire alarms, it left every out on the streets from 3:30-4:30am in the cold! This was a nightmare of a vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully kept condo. It was spacious and very quiet. We hope to stay again next year when we are in town for our do Terra conference. What a great experience!

The unit was quiet considering its proximity to businesses. The two decks were larger than many of the other condos, which was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, the lower deck was being resealed during part of our stay which made the hot tub was unavailable for use at times. I called Turnkey on a couple of issues, which were promptly taken care of. The only issue not addressed: I was told a Manager would call me in regard to a refund due to the fact the hot tub was unable to be used part of the time. Never received call.
