Manager was very responsive when we had a problem with one of the air conditioners.
Didn't think the photos of the property were a very accurate representation of the upstairs. Property needs some updating and care: curtains in upstairs were off the rod in places, kitchen faucet came off when in use. Was a little disappointed for the price we paid.
Location was fabulous - you could see the ocean and walk to Poipu beach.

My family visited for 10 days and it was the perfect accommodation for our large group! The lanai’s are wonderful to spend time outside. It is very spacious overall. The property is beautiful with so many Hawaiian plants and flowers. The perfect place for family photos. I enjoyed beautiful walks each morning in the surrounding area. You can get to the water in a 2 minute walk! The beach is walking distance as well! Poipu Beach is great including the park for kids! They even have beach chairs, boogie boards, a surf board, and coolers for you to use during your stay which is so convenient. Highly recommend this beach house!

Our family of 10 spent 9 days staying in this duplex.
We had a wonderful time there.
The house is very nice decorated, plenty spaces for everyone. Conveniently located- couple of minutes walking to the beach to see the turtles, sea lions and/or relax at the beaches. The property manager is very responsive to our questions and request. We are highly recommending this place to others for their vacation in Poipu Beach.
We just love it and plan to go back again.

The house was perfect for our stay - we enjoyed having the 2 separate units. The 2 big kitchens, the sitting areas, the lovely bedrooms and laundry facilities made it all very comfortable.
The property manager was easy to reach when we had a few minor issues come up. Wonderful location - close to the beach.

My brothers took my mom on a trip of a lifetime and our family stay here was perfect.
The stocked kitchen allowed for meals, the balcony was able to accommodate everyone and the rooms worked out well. We had a group of 12 and we made it work thanks to the abundance of air mattresses
The location is perfect with lots of parking and a walkable neighborhood leading to the beaches of Poipu.

The house, both upstairs and downstairs units combined, was perfect for our family group of 9. The house and both kitchens were well stocked and the location was perfect- very close (but not too close) to poipu beach, Brennekes etc. If anything the online description understates the ocean view.

The duplex accommodation filled all of our needs. The location was great. Dan was incredibly responsive to our needs and easy to communicate with.
The only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is that the wood floor could have been a bit cleaner, and there was normal wear and tear from a rental property.
The location and space made up for it all, nd the beds were incredibly comfortable.
We had 13 people in our group and enough privacy for all.

Our family of 12 people really enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented both the top and bottom units. There is a nice view of the ocean from the top floor porch and the spacious living area on the top floor was a great place for the family to congregate.
It is a very short walk to the closest beach (2-3 minutes) and 10 minutes to Poipu Beach. The property manager, Dan, and the management team were very responsive to our requests. We recommend using the optional Poipu Beach club for children (pool) and adults (workout facilities).
We highly recommend staying at this property and the island of Kauai.

This property was set up perfectly for our extended family to all be together while still having our own spaces. The location was great - a quick walk 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach and a 15 minute walk to the Grand Hyatt. They were multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers for our beach trips. The property manager Dan was extremely responsive when we had a small issue the first day. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely amazing! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space and beds and baths. A few items could have been better as far as light bulbs out, supplies all filled, fans working, BUT we would stay here again, the beds were comfortable, the space accomodated all our people and the views and location cannot be beat!

Everything in the description was easy to follow. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed. They even go the extra mile to provide beach chairs & towels, umbrella, a mask, cooler, etc. Would stay here again when I come to Kauai.

We booked this rental for five nights for our family of 8 adults and 2 young kids for our wedding. We checked in late at night and went to bed right away, it wasn't until the next morning that we noticed there is a huge orange urine/blood stain on one of white sheet in bed. We were absolutely disgusted and contacted the property manager right away. I told them I want ALL the sheets and linen to be changed in the house, because I don't trust that they cleaned and changed everything. There is no way they changed everything and missed one, most likely nothing was changed. They did apologize but refused to change all the sheets but that one. I told them I took photos and will post a review reflecting my stay, and the property manager DAN responded on the phone, awesome. Yes he said AWESOME! Imagine my shock, I am totally disgusted by their professionalism and indifference. We end up washing all the sheets ourselves, we did a total of 5 loads of laundry, two nights before my wedding, wasted half a day on our family vacation. Later SRI from their office reached out and offer us the free use of the gym. NO THANK YOU! I think I will not use the gym on my vacation in Hawaii, what an useless offer. I requested a minimum refund for the Cleaning Fee they charged, and additional refund for our troubles. They ignored my message and never responded every again. Aside from how dirty the house is, not just the unwashed line, the whole entire house is covered in dust. The floor is extremely dirty. I took photos but unfortunately there is no option to attach it to the review. On our day of arrival, they told us we have to check out early because they have a "termite inspection scheduled". How is that our problem? We did end up checking out early because we are actual decent people. The management company are a nightmare to deal, they simply don't care about what they do and offer. Avoid them at all cost!!!

Perfect for large family vacation, full equipped kitchen but close enough to dine out. Patios with ocean view, comfortable furniture. Walking distance to snorkeling, boogie boarding family beach. Had all the extras, beach chairs, towels, kids beach toys. Great Communication with management before and during stay. Would rent again!

We stayed in the upstairs and downstairs units with our group of 10 people. We loved this home and would absolutely recommend it! The use of all the beach supplies was so appreciated, it was perfect for our family of 4 kids and 6 adults. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property was the perfect fit for our Family Vacation. My husband and I travelled with our 2 adult children, their spouses and our 10 month old granddaughter. We have stayed in Kauai many times and this property was wonderful. Short walk to the beach, great location, the property is very well taken care of, a washer and dryer and the patio on the top deck offers great views of the ocean. The additional bonus was Dan, the property manager. We have rented many VRBO properties over the years and by far, Dan is a complete standout. His kind personality, always happy to help and a great resource for questions about a Catamaran trip we wanted to book. The list goes on and on. Dan, you have completely spoiled us and other property managers are going to have big shoes to fill after our wonderful experience with you. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!

This home surpassed our expectations. Very nice amenities and lots of room. The views were unbeatable, you could see the ocean and the waves breaking. A short walk to the beach to see tons of turtles and a few seals. We will be back!

4 families shared top and bottom units. We had such a great time and loved the easy access to the beach. They had great chairs and an ice chest for us to use. The amenities were perfect for our needs. We would definitely want to return!

Great time, very nice property
There was 11 of us, and we had enough room to spread out. Our kids ages 13-24 were downstairs and us older folks were upstairs. The kids could walk to the beach when they wanted. My only complaint would be that the Beach Club was not in walking distance like it sounded on the brochure. But we had a good time there too.

This property worked well for the 11 of us. It was a short walk to the beach. We chose to drive to the pool as it was a little longer walk but doable if you prefer walking.
There were a few minor issues but they were addressed quickly by the property manager.
Kauai is truly a very special place and we were very glad we visited. We would stay here again.

Very Nice Poipu Beach Stay
We had 6 adults and 2 children stay in the house. The home was very spacious and the two levels provided welcomed privacy for the members of our family. The provided beach chairs and cooler for our use were a nice touch and came in handy. We were a bit surprised to see that the master bedroom on the upper floor did not have full height walls and had sliding shoji-style doors rather than a typical latching swing door. So privacy from the living room into the master bedroom was lacking. But the proximity of the house to Poipu Beach was quite nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt the house worked well for our family.

We loved this house. It was perfect for our entire family. Great location. The grounds are beautiful. View of the sunsets from the balcony was lovely. We had great fun at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club and loved the short walks to the beach.
