Everything you could need,was supplied. Complimentary essentials of bread/milk/ etc, as well as toiletries, were welcome and convenient. A comfortable home from home.

Exceptional property, with great service! Efficient with spectacular views of the cost line! In a nice quiet area. Would highly recommend to anyone else.

Great location, flat was relatively clean, great size for the price and great customer service. We stayed for one week.

The places you can see were cleaned very well but the “hidden spots” not so much, for example one of the tables folded away in the cupboard still had food marks on from the last use. The boiler wasn’t working when we arrived so we couldn’t shower in the en suite or wash the dishes properly however the main bathroom had an electric shower so we were able to use that. I have to add when we told Parkhill about the boiler they were very quick to send someone out to have a look and customer service was great but unfortunately they couldn’t fix it. Parkhill kindly compensated us for this with a discount however it was of course still an inconvenient situation. The car park gate also broke a couple of days before we left so we were nervous about leaving the car in there in case we couldn’t get out. Overall I think it’s a definite 3-4/5, location and apartment were great but there were just too many nuisances with the stay.

Great modern flat with excellent secure parking. Would stay again and recommend it to others. Lovely welcome pack/items were a nice surprise.

Great location for where we needed to be. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Fantastic value for money and the bread, milk, tea coffee sugar and cereals provided were much appreciated. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, soap etc were all supplied too.

No lift so hard work carrying luggage up to 2nd floor. Very potent air fresheners in public areas and apartment which I was allergic to.

Very clean, lots of space, excellent shower, good views and lovely area, kitchen was perfect with everything we needed, would absolutely stay here again!

The door going out onto the balcony has quite a steep legde with no sign so I did fall the first time going out and have a few bruises but nothing major, also I'd prefer a TV in the bedroom but again not major
