The location is wonderful and the bungalow is stylish, well appointed and makes great use of the space. The deck is a complete outdoor room — a great place to eat, read and lounge throughout the day. We highly recommend this bungalow for 2.

Tranquil, easy going, and very beautiful view. Cottage is quaint but we spent the majority of our time outside on the deck looking at the water. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a market with the essentials and great coffee and sandwiches. Beach and sunsets were amazing. Only issue we had was arriving in the dark and our gps took us to the wrong area even though we had the correct address. You need to know and be aware it’s unit 1 as that will help you locate it easier. It was an exceptional value for the location and view. We would stay again.

What a wonderful space to relax and be by the water. It was very cozy and had more amenities than I expected. I especially loved how the cafe/store was walking distance and how easy it was to walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage on the bay. Tony and Steve made sure to email and text us earlier in the day when the cottage was ready early for us which was appreciated. It was our first time staying in Cape Cod and this location was ideal. Waking up with the beautiful view each morning and enjoying the sunsets prior to going out most evenings were very enjoyable. The cottage was a nice size for the two of us and the kitchen was well equipped for making lunches for the beach. We ate out most evenings for dinner, lots of great meals in Provincetown (Pepe’s, Ciro & Sal’s, Lobster Pot) and a few outside in the surrounding towns (PJ’s) and a cute hidden gem for brunch one day at Hanger B where we watched the planes come and go. The National Seashore is a must and the cottage has chairs to take along to the beach. Thanks for sharing your home with us Tony & Steve! We will be back!

This place was amazing! Our very first time in Truro, the bungalow was so cozy & right on the water, deck was fabulous and our hosts answered all questions promptly, other renters around us were super friendly & everyone was having a really good time. Definately a place to go back to.

This place was just perfect for my husband and I. Location was so accessible and convenient to restaurants, fish markets, farm stands, etc. Everything you would need. It provided amazing views from a fantastic deck along with a quiet and uncrowded beach just a few steps away. Inside updated and comfortable. Would stay again.

Wow, wow, wow. When you walk on to the deck you are transported to another world. Doesn’t matter if is early morning, midday or watching the sunset. The cool breeze, the wave's, the views! It is an overall feeling, hearing and seeing extravaganza! The accommodations were very clean and organized. Just a wonderful getaway for any couple.

This cottage might be small, but it is beautiful and perfect for a getaway with your partner. The deck is large and you will have the best sunset views!! The beach is right in front of you and Provincetown is a short drive away. The cottage was impeccably clean, fully stocked with linens and towels and everything you need in the kitchen! Owners were great to deal with as well! Highly recommend this place. We went for our honeymoon and, it was absolutely perfect.

This cottage is very spacious for it's size. Clean, bright, & comfortable. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The deck is incredible. Probably my favorite thing at this cottage. I wish I had packed extra blankets for autumn night star gazing on the deck. Close to beaches, trails, & Ptown. Thank you Tony & Steve for sharing such a great space.

This is a spectacular property right on Cape Cod Bay! It's hard not to sit on the spacious deck all day long and take in the gorgeous view! Super clean and well kept, the property lives more spaciously than the square footage suggests! Comfortable bed and ample storage space with an attention to comfort and detail! Close to Provincetown, bike trails, golf, fishing, birding and more! Five stars in every category!

My wife and I decided to book a stay here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and couldn’t have been more pleased.
The actual property is situated right on the beach with a spacious patio to lounge on. The entire property offers such a tranquil experience, we really didn’t want to leave!
The cottage was extremely clean and everything worked as it should. The check in/check out was very easy as well.
If you want a calm and relaxing trip on a quiet beach, while also having the option to easily get into PTown, this is the spot to be. We hope to stay here again next year!

We loved this cottage. Very clean and cozy, lots of light coming in. Nice big deck. Right on the water. The host was easy to reach (no issues though!) and friendly. Location could not be better, with lots of beaches, hiking and bike trails and restaurants very nearby (Truro, Provincetown and Wellfleet being very close). Great coffee and breakfast to go in walking distance (Days Market and Deli). We will be back!

Property was in immaculate condition, kitchen, comfortable bed, great deck and water access to beach, and all the little things just enhanced my visit more (K-cups, grill, bathroom extras, storage, etc). Ideal small beach cottage and it's right ON the beach/ocean. Amazing views of Cape Cod Bay and P-town, and step right out for morning/evening beach walks. Seals out back sometimes too... Just a short walk to Day's market for coffee and snacks/lunch. Everything was amazing, easy and loved being right on the beach!! Quick drive to Truro or P-town beaches, sites and food. Went on whale watch too. The only drawback was the speeding cars on the road behind the cottage at all hours. Overall, loved my stay and so, so relaxing falling asleep and waking up to ocean waves. Would come back for sure. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a quiet spot right on the ocean and this was absolutely perfect!! With a deck that overlooked the water and stairs leading right onto the beach it was exactly what we were looking for. The small cabin was perfect for the two of us and had all the amenities we needed. Easy parking right in front of the cabin, and our neighbors were friendly and didn’t feel too close which was nice! Amazing view and perfect location. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Nice quiet place for a private get away. Close to town for dining and shopping, also close to many other beaches, hiking and biking trials. Would definitely go back.

Tony and Steve's place was super clean and peaceful. It was the perfect size for 2 people for a weekend getaway. The deck overlooking the bay was my favorite spot! You could watch the sunset right from the loungers and the beach was just steps away. Although located right on Rt 6A, there wasn't any noise from the street or neighbors while sleeping. I'll definitely be staying again. Thanks, Tony and Steve!
