Nowhere to hang coats downstairs. No plugs in handbasins in bathrooms. 2nd bathroom downstairs wasn't specified in details. No decent towel rails. Water pressure dropped if both showers used at once. Shower for upstairs bathroom was pretty useless as shower(OK for hair washing). No information about sorting/ recycling refuse. Sitting room was very sparsely furnished so wasn't very welcoming. Back bedroom door didn't close. It felt as though no-one had actually lived in the house so didn't realise the very obvious shortcomings.

The house was spotlessly clean on arrival. Easy walk to town centre. Supermarket close by and pub serving good food.

A hairdryer would have been useful.

The hosts of this property were very informative about the check in process. If you want to spend a night away from home in a simply beautiful house this is a go too. The bath is to die for, the outdoor seating area next to a stream simply beautiful at night time. Finally but not least the fact you can treat the property as a home from home for your family is such a nice feeling, the owners want you to treat it as a home should be

What a gem this is! Very close to the river head theatre and a couple of pubs and also located not far from the canal! You could walk into louth Town too from there. Went with family and we all slept really well. Loved the bench over looking the river. Will be booking again! Didn't take any photos too busy enjoying the holiday!

everything about the house was perfect, immaculate throughout and very spacious and comfortable, the setting next to the river was lovely and a short walk into the friendly town, plenty of places to eat especially Ye olde white swan which served delicious reasonably priced meals, Nicola was a lovely host and responded quickly to any questions, would definitely stay here again and recommend.

This property exceeded our expectations. Check in was super easy. Everything was lovely and clean on arrival. The lay out of the house and decor was perfect and it felt very homely. There was plenty of towels provided. Tea, coffee, sugar was also provided. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommend.

The property was spotless and all set up ready for our arrival. There was a lovely stream to the side of the property and had all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. There is a gorgeous free standing bath which I made sure to use!
