Very enjoyable stay. We had a blast. Accommodations were 1st rate, very impressed with everything about our stay. Hosts had everything we needed covered.
We had a couple power outages due to weather, not very long. Very friendly lake folks, needed some help due to bad weather catching us in the water while kayaking. We had to avert reaching our beach area cause of high winds. Beached our selves a ways from our departure area. Asked an elderly couple for help from our situation, they helped take my grandson and I with our kayaks back to our area where our worried family was getting ready to search for us. They were our saving grace, Thank you Lord for watching over us. Laurie and Will, will highly recommend their Lake House.

It was great to look out and enjoy the sounds of the lake and the calmness of our surroundings. The stairs were a bit challenging at first, but after multiple trips up and down we felt our daily cardio. lol. Fishing in the peninsula was enjoyed by all. Thank you again!

What a lovely setting this home is in! We enjoyed coffee on the deck and soaked in the surrounding nature. Thankful for all of the little extras the homeowner supplied. Highly recommend. Do be aware of the several sets of stairs as others mentioned. Also recommend bringing groceries as HEB is 30 minutes away. There is a local small store.

Thank you so much for the warm welcome & personal touches! We've stayed at many vacation rentals and NONE have been as thoughtful as this one. Everything you could possibly ever need was readily available. Our family especially loved the holiday themed decorations and the fishing spot recommendations. We could have easily spent all of our time on that patio - what a gem of a place! Will & Laurie were excellent hosts and provided friendly communication before arrival, during our stay, and after our stay. We will definitely be back again for another visit, thank you again for your kind hospitality!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 4. We cooked, hiked and had coffee on the deck. The house had everything we needed and more.

Nicely decorated cabin, very functional with all necessities you may need, household supplies well stocked. We had absolutely wonderful time and great family vacation. The Tree House is located in safe, quiet, peaceful neighborhood area on the lake side with access to fishing and to many trails, marina, swimming area and community pool. Lots of deer families and birds, very relaxing. Although it was very hot you can sip your coffee or read a book sitting on the spacious deck. Short driving distance to Lake Livingstone State Park, Double Lake Recreation Area, Wolf Creek Park - lots of hiking trails and swimming areas. Must visit Old Town in Coldspring with jailhouse, old school, post office and best peach ice cream place.

The property and town home was beautiful.. enjoyed the views from the deck. Not too far away found a nice little beach area on the lake.. relate all afternoon.. would most defiantly stay again
